Greetings, I'm in the ventura store. Rafel helped me . I came in with a phone issue he spent at least an hour with me. He was able to switch phone numbers to Another phone that I had purchased. It was seamless great customer service. I highly recommend you to come to the Ventura store T-Mobile.I followed them from the channel item store when they moved to Ventura .Thanks

went in for 4 lines plus internet Andrew was the best from start to finish never was rushed he took his time showing us all the features to make sure we understood everything everything was done right the first time great service.

Amazing! Brandon, Gina, and Rafael are the people that helped us out in the store. Couldn't ask for better service so patient and explained every question we had. And made sure we understood our phone plan to the fullest extent. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Rafael was very helpful and friendly. We traded in and purchased two phones. Rafael worked to get us the best deal but didn't try to give us a hard sell. He transferred all our data and got us out of there in about two hours. Very happy with our experience at this store!

Be careful at this store. The manager at this store added a smart watch to my account when I clearly said NO to a smart watch. I realized the error later in the evening when i checked my account online. I also waited 2.5 hours just to purchase a new phone, screen protector, case. I would visit another location and always always get an itemized receipt! I went back the next day and The assistant manager was very nice in fixing the issues and removed the line asap.

They have no technician there but the young adult was able to reset it and essentially do a hard restart and we'll see if that fixes my issues she did look up also and there is a glitch to this Google pixel pro 6

I was looking for an iPad to purchase since my daughters birthday is today. I wanted my dad to ask if they had any available first before I had to get off since I'm currently in a wheelchair from a bad accident the employee came to my car to answer the question I had which was if I could use a picture of my id because I didn't have the physical card on me. He said it was fine and the picture was fine. As soon as I got into the store he asked for the id and I mentioned to him again I only had a picture and he said he wanted the physical one. Mind you when he told me outside as I was in my car that I didn't have it. Not only that but he watched as me and my dad struggled to get my wheelchair in the door they didn't even offer help. They seriously lack customer service skills it's sad. Extremely rude employees. Don't come here.

Worst customer service. Wasn't even greeted or even asked about what I needed. Very unorganized. Don't bother coming here you'll end up waiting for hours and s*** customer service

After 4 1/2 days on the phone with Tmobile care teams 2-3 hours a day to get account setup and going (NIGHTMARE) for me (Ventura) and daughter (Oregon) , went to this store. Rodrigo WAS so calm, patient and absolute angel, only took him less than 30 minutes to transfer from verizon to Tmobile, get all things going including calling TMobile store in Oregon where daughter was at same time to make sure the rep there took care of her! Rosio, you have a great Asst. Manager in Rodrigo, hope you treat him right.We were told by girl on Care Team do not go into stores cuz they would charge us $35 for every tech issue. We were not charged by Rodrigo, WE WERE CHARGED BY THE CARE TEAM $70 ($35 for each line) to setup account which was half a** done by Care Team. Thank God Almighty for Rodrigo.
