Im so tired of UPS stores closing before posted hours. Google even said the business confirmed posted hours 3 weeks ago (says closes at 5pm) but it was fully closed when we got there at 4:30 today.

Completely unhelpful when all I needed was to print one page. Don’t offer color options, no stock on paper in terms of thickness and size + said there’s a $5 minimum on printing therefore I couldn’t print ONE friggin page. I’ll take my $5 elsewhere with customer service like that!

I've been coming to this UPS store for several years. I have always had nothing but pleasant experiences. Don, the owner, has always been friendly, kind, and helpful. I was very saddened to see that the store is going to have a new owner soon. I hope they provide the same outstanding service Don has provided all these years. I wish you the best, Don! (And also, THANK YOU for always putting up with my many Amazon returns. I know those can be a pain, and yet you were always kind and patient with me).

Don was incredibly helpful in coordinating the shipment of my items to another state. I sent six boxes, and he went above and beyond to make sure they would arrive in time for my move—and for me to be there to receive them. Don, thank you sincerely for your kindness and support! Just wanted to let you know I made it safely to my destination and received all of the packages today.

I had a really bad experience here the other day, I had two T-shirts to return. The first thing he told me was that it would be cheaper to send it at the post office. I said they were closed, i’ll also be refunded shipping costs, but I needed this out soon so I can get a refund. He’s putting in the address and he keeps telling me it’s coming up residential. Then he says something like it’s not a legit business and they’re selling out of an apartment? None of this matters. I show him my email stating they have many different locations across the globe and it’s a legit business and he says just go to the post office instead we can’t send it and starts helping the next lady. So so frustrating I went and sent it today with the post office with no issues. This was an older man, possibly had difficulty with the computer but was an embarrassing and frustrating experience.

This is my preferred place to return things from Amazon. It’s super easy, I don’t even need packaging most of the time. The owner there is really quick and helpful. I’m in and out of there lickety split 💕
