Pearl at the UPS Store on Telephone & Petit in Ventura is so knowledgeable that I felt like I was at a Lawyers office while she executed our documents as a Notary. Pearl is professional and efficient while preforming her duties as a Notary. The UPS Store is set up with so many other options like printing, mailing Amazon returns and many more services. We will def it let we going to the UPS Store for all future business. Thank You Pearl

Al though there hours open at 830 the notary is not there til after 1130. I looked online for hours and there is nothing about them. You wasted my time on making a trip.The other part is there was issue with notary as well. First it went from being over confident to having to make phone calls to figure out a document. Then I needed a witness to say I signed and the workers refused. So they wanted to recharge me but yet not help me. I was getting super frustrated. They made a personal decision to be rude and not help. Who wants to deal with business like that. Wow. I'm glad they showed their true colors. I would love to hear the excuse of why they choose not help?So now you have wasted my time and money.Anything they do it is if it is big favor or deal. It is your job. You don't like helping customers go do something else.There is no excuse you can make to why your poorly trained staff would not help?You made my day harder and the only reason I choose to come by there is it close to where I live.I want my money back asap.On top of that. Their a complete rip off. It is $3 to scan 1 paper. Then $3 for every paper you scan. Really? This place is that hard up for money they charge that kind of price. This not printing out paper. This scanning.I hate to leave this type of review. But really am I supposed to not say anything ?I'll be contacting ups

Warning: posted hours at store are different than posted on Google. Was among multiple customers that showed up around 4:40 to drop off packages and location was already shuttered with closing time posted at the store as 4:30.

Great shop, close by for those on the west end, for shipping packages. Easy to find right on the corner. Parking is close by so you don't have to lug heavy packages very far. $$ shipping though. One additional convenience is Amazon returns.

Ordered online from West Elm which offered a choice to pickup product at UPS or delivery at home. I chose to pick up the product at this UPS store. Once the product arrived at UPS, the UPSstore associate called me and said I would have to pay $10 per box for “storing” the boxes at their facility. Even though the boxes were just delivered, I would be charged $10/box. (I planned to pick up the same day it was delivered to UPS.) This information was not disclosed when I made the purchase. I told the UPS associate I would talk to West Elm because I was not informed of this policy and wasn’t going to pay $30 to pick up my boxes. When I contacted West Elm, they were confused and horrified to hear about this policy. First time West Elm and I have heard of this type of UPS policy.The UPS store associate was rude and incredibly unhelpful from the start.She said that because I don’t have an account with their store, they would charge to “store” each box. (The boxes were sitting in a corner on the floor near the cashier….)The UPS store associate also called me back to see if I would pick up the boxes or have them returned. Her overall tone from the start of this process was rude. The worst customer service experience. Lost a potential repeat customer.

Saturday- hours posted are 9 a. M to 3 p. m. I arrived at 11:16 and still not opened. One employee is outside calling someone and being told "he" is on his way. But won't say how long. Update: "He" arrived and opened the store at 11:29. Five customers were outside waiting to enter including myself. He was silent as could be, looking at his cell phone, going about and eventually began assisting customers while the other young lady had already begun. There was NO apology or explanation whatsoever for the odd hours or delay. Customers were polite and did not ask; however in the parking lot it was mentioned how the gentleman did not apologize for making us wait on him.
