The two women at this branch are rude and of 0 help. And then have the nerve to tell me I should change to US Bank, lol....no thank you! I'd rather keep my money in my mattress! I wish I could give them negative stars

I've banked here for years and because I changed jobs and direct deposit wasn't enough they started funneling money out of my account without telling me. They called it a "maintenance fee". It took them over a half hour to close my accounts because their printers wouldn't work. Hopefully they can use the money they stole from me to buy some new printers. I wouldn't recommend this bank to anyone.

I'm so disappointed by US Bank and their lack of customer service. I opened a new account online and called the next day to verify all was in order. One week later, my account was frozen because there was a "glitch" with my opening deposit. I called the customer service line and was told to contact the branch manager to get it all sorted out. I called this branch and spoke to an agent (though I requested a manager, one wouldn't speak to me). I explained the urgency of the situation, waited on hold for 30 minutes, and was told I'd receive an EMAIL within 24-48 HOURS. Are you serious?!? This is not ethical banking. It's not even decent customer service. I'll be closing my account and going with Aspiration.

There is some rude workers in this branch 2 girls who act like you got to beg them for help, US bank has really took a turn for the worst past 2 years NO STAR

Bank location temporary closed. Still love US Bank but because of the coronavirus the bank has temporary close FYI I went in there today and found that out completely understand I'm glad the bank is concerned about their employees versus convenience! i'll be safe and can't say wash your hands quite enough for the 20 seconds advised

Love this branch , fast , no long lines and very friendly, especially the women who works there , can't remember her name , she has long black hair & she fast and I only want to have her help me 😂 because she's on it and fast !

Super frustrated because I opened a new account with a cashiers check from Wells Fargo and was told that the money would be released the next day. The fraud department put a hold on the cashiers check. What is the point of a cashiers check if it's not like cash. I think they just make these policies to charge penalties. So frustrating now I have to go to my other bank and tap into savings. Might just close this account.

I really love banking here. The bank manager (or at least SHE should be) always remembers my name, she always helps me with everything I need... I think she knows I can't see well, which is amazing because no one can ever tell... And I always piss somebody off... Anyway, I always feel very comfortable here. Make that woman bank manager, if she isn't already. She truly deserves it.
