The absolute worst. I’ve been trying to change my address with them for literally months. They said I’m “all set,” but my mail keeps going to my old house. I’ve been in there probably 8 times, and they never fix it despite me jumping through all of their hoops repeatedly. They act annoyed with me, instead of their flawed system. I give up!

Our current postal delivery person is terrible. He gets the wrong addresses, and the wrong buildings too! He makes no attempt to deliver packages, always leaves notice to pick it up yourself. If that wasn't bad enough, he's completely rude and won't even turn around and acknowledge you when you're standing right by him. Other people need a job, you know.

Absolutely do not recommend, if possible use another postal service. Every package I have ever had shipped through this office has been an enormous headache; Their delivery workers will not deliver packages, their office does not answer the phone, and staff are suremely unhelpful when you visit in person.

Do Not Trust This Location!!! Sent a couple of packages out for items I sold online. The packages got relieved but the constants were missing. The packaging for the item was inside the postal package but the item itself was missing. The buyer sent me photos of how the package arrived and there is a cut on the package that was tapped over by the post office.

The old dude sent me out of line 3 times instead of just giving me 10 seconds to fill out a sticker. It’s like he expected me to know how to send shit in the mail as if it’s something people do everyday.

The delivery postman doesn't even try to deliver your package on priority mail. Instead he leaves a note in your mailbox stating he sorry he missed you. He never even tried to deliver because he didn't feel like looking for the address. It's not something they like to do so on important items you need to be by your mailbox because they are to lazy to deliver it to your door. And a signature isn't even required. Unreal! I wouldn't use them to deliver from my business that's for sure. I would however use fed-ex who does deliver to your door .

Ventura post office off Wake Forest - Some of the grumpiest postal employees I have ever met. Not all of them, but when I see a certain two working I think about going to another post office. I cannot remember the male front desk employee's name he is tall, wears glasses and has a ponytail - incredibly rude so be aware. The other employee... Serena G. if you hate your job so much, please find another. Your constant sighing, smacking your gum and glares don't make for a pleasant interaction. If you don't have customers...you have no job.

Misdelivered mail all the time, disrespectful mail people that trample over your yard unless you tell them to stop. Replacement mail carriers constantly. No regular hour to get your mail. Changes with mail carrier. Terrible service.
