Went to have my car smogged at 9:09am. The person doing the smog said he would be back in 10 minutes. He got into his white truck and drove away. No one in sight 10 min later.

I get gas here a lot and I enjoy the customer service I receive from the lady who I helped out one day when some creep was showing her his private parts and I had to run him outta there. I forget her name but I will edit this when I remember. Great people at tht station.

I had such a great experience getting my car smogged at Ventura Valero!The snack shop & restroom were very clean. Great prices all around. Tony was extremely kind and helpful. I highly recommend this location.

went to pump gas yesterday paid 44 in cash, man working only put 10 went back in & said i only gave him 10, he stole 34 dollars in cash. I wouldn't come here clearly they employ thiefs and like to steal from working people

I pumped gas at Valero 11005 Citrus Drive, Ventura Ca gas station today at pump #5 around 7:40pm. I always and clearly picked 87 octane, and the pump read $5.09 at the 87 octane window when I was pumping gas. I asked for a receipt and this station charged $5.49 per gallon. When I confronted the gas attendant he said no one had said anything all day and that I would need to come back tomorrow to see the video. He also completely lied and insinuated I was lying. If this is how you run a business, it will clearly catch up with you and you will lose more money than you steal. This station has probably been stealing from people all day and for years. It is hard for everyone and for you to steal money from people is ridiculous. Bad business. You will never get my business again!
