Very unacceptable service. I expected to have my sons 1000 dollar lenovo laptop repaired due to faulty power connection.
They offered me the option to order an extended warranty with Lenovo but would have to wait about a month before submitting the device. After waiting I called and Adam said it would cost 350 400 to fix. Asked about warranty and according to him it was not covered. Frustrated with that information I told him to send back the laptop. After 30 plus days I called asking about where and when I could pick up as i hadn't heard from anyone. Was told they e wasted the laptop. Didn't even try to contact me. Would not recommend the unprofessional service I received to anyone.

This company has the best most experienced computer personnel I've ever worked with in the past for my business. Their pricing is very reasonable, & their professionalism is top notch! They even help you in some cases without a charge when any other firms would charge you for this time!
They are where you should go if your computers are in need of repair or service and I recommend VCC!!

I had a nasty virus and tried using malewarebytes to get rid of it without success. I am pretty unsavy when it comes to fixing such things and probably spent 2 hours before I gave up. I then called VCC who built my computer and also installed a remote support icon. They answered right away and killed the virus in less than 5 minutes at no charge. What can I say other than these folks are great.

About a year ago my 30 year relationship with a local computer/IT business ended because of sale and subsequent decline in customer service.
Lucky me!
I found Adam, Mike, and Rick at Ventura County Computers!
I purchased two replacement computers from them, and their attention to detail of how I use the computers resulted in the best-fit computers I have ever owned; and I've owned a lot of computers over the past 30 years.
Their pricing was appropriate for my different needs for each of the two computers I purchased.
More importantly is their customer service; it's the best I've ever experienced.
More purchases in the future as other of my computers need replaced.
Like it or not, I'm a customer for as long as they will tolerate me.

Had a issue with my Work laptop not stating up. The guys took a looks at it and fixed it within an hour. Better yet because the issue was small they didn't change me for it. Awesome guys if you have any PC issues come here!

I just bought a new computer from Ventura County Computers yesterday. Finally I had given up trying the fix and patch my old ten year old unit that had slowed down to a crawl. They sold me a brand new unit and completely transitioned all of my information 100% accurately at a very reasonable price. Over the moon happy with my experience with Ventura County Computers.

I have had a few problems on my PC that I thought could fix, succesful in most anything that I could try do. Today was maddening. Extremely frustrating. Lots of waisted time.I've used computers since from 1963, so I thought I could fix a problem by myself. No such luck. I finally discovered Ventura Computer Computers, and they quickly solved my problems. VCC is a jewel, and I'm very thankful to have them. This time they fixed in the problem in minutes. I have been using these folks for years and have always been very happy. As well as service, they have gotten me through weird messages, frozen accounts and pervented evil people trying to empty my bank of all my $$$.Also, they answer the phone right away! I give them my highest praise!

These guys are very helpful. I am an older person who did not grow up with computers. They are able to be helpful but also are are able to explain things on a level that is easy to understand. In essence, technically correct but low key.
