First Class outcome in my quest to get faster internet for a lower cost. My experience with third parties, for instance, with travel or lodging, has been uniformly atrocious. The agrievation isn't worth the supposed "savings." However, these Agents know Verizon as well as Verizon knows Verizon-better even because Alex knew how to add a $35/month service (internet) to my plan and spend $10/month less! BRAVO, Alex!

So I had got a phone for my birthday and all it needed to do was to be activated so i thought. I went into the closest Verizon store which was on Victoria Ave with me. My fiancé and my 2 children as I entered Alex, who was about 5'4 inches a young girl the only one working on Juneteenth yesterday.She didn't even greet us.As we walk in she says "I'm very busy at this moment. What could I do for you?!" "Instead of saying hi? How can I help you guys?"So I told her we'll wait and she goes. "Well. You're going to wait about an hour and a 1/2.!!" Then I said I need to get a phone activated. And she goes,"You have to go to the one on Mills Verizon I can't do it here or I can, but it'll just be too long and I'm very busy at this moment with these 2 people.".Very rude, very, very rude. I will never be going to that store again.I'm going to be calling corporate and the manager and I'll just let them handle it as I go to Mills. Verizon store. I walk in. Of course, I told them what happened, another guy that was there said."I heard everything and I just came from there. I was right behind you guy and I walked out because she had a very rude attitude"I even told the people at Mills Verizon,They go oh, all you have to do is change the SIM card. I can do that for you right now. It'll take 1 minute and they did it. That's all she have needed to do for me. And I didn't know this at all the SIM card needed to be changed, so I won't ever be going to Verizon on Victoria Ave!!ALEX SHE NEEDS A TRAINING FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE OR NEEDS TO BE FIRED!!

**Racist and Unethical Behavior – Alexandra and Wendy Santos, "Customer Representatives"**
Beware if you ever need to step into this Verizon store. Avoid Alexandra and Wendy Santos at all costs. These two are extremely racist towards Spanish-speaking customers. My monolingual mother in law went in and was outright denied service because she couldn't speak English. She had to call me, and even with me on speaker, they still refused to help her, directing her to a corporate store and insisting I had to be there with an ID. When I asked for a manager, Alexandra claimed to be the "lead" and then left the store without assisting my mother in law. Wendy Santos, who wore a badge claiming "Hablo Español," just nodded her head and completely ignored her, leaving her stranded inside the store. This behavior is unacceptable and disgraceful.

Racist /Unethical -Alexandra and Wendy Santos "Customer Representaive"
Read this review if you ever have the need to step into this store. Avoid at all times the two ladies above. Super racist against Spanish speaker customers. My mom who is only monoligual had to go inside they denied her service due to the language barrier. My mom had to call me to put me on speaker and even then they directed her to a corporate store and told her I had to be there with an ID. When I asked to speak to a manager, Alexandra stated she was a "lead" and left the store without even assisting my mother with anything. I then proceed with talking with Wendy Santos (wearing a badge Hablo Español) nodding her head to completely ignore my mother's request stepping put of the store leaving her alone inside.

These people are crooks. They charged my husband $102 for a phone charger! They didn’t provide a receipt he returned the charger within 5 minutes of the purchase the saleswomen stated sales are final. Never disclosed the store return policy at the point of sale very calculated with zero integrity. DO NOT SHOP here go to an actual Verizon store!

This isn't our normal location but we had to stop in for some quick help. We come to find out weeks later that person helping us out described to us something completely different than what we got. Seems some store employees don't have a clue about what they're talking about.

This store, staff, and management are terrible. I have had nothing but problems and have spent literally hours on the phone with customer service. I was told I could return an internet gateway if we did not like it. It has now been months. The staff are not honest. This is a retail store. I was told it is always better to a corporate store. Be warned.

My phone got major water damage and I almost lost years of memories and my contacts. Staff member Alexandria was incredibly helpful and guided me through the process of recovering everything and helped me get an upgrade as well. Alexandria has top notch customer service and gave me the best experience at a Verizon store I ever had. I will be sure to return to this location should I ever need help again. Thanks again, Alex for all your help!

I had an excellent experience with Andrea at the Verizon store in Ventura on the Victoria location. She handled everything, including explaining all of my options. It was a really good trade-in deal for my old phone, all done fairly quickly.Thank you for your great service and your help, Andrea and Alexandra.
