These people are crooks. They charged my husband $102 for a phone charger! They didn’t provide a receipt he returned the charger within 5 minutes of the purchase the saleswomen stated sales are final. Never disclosed the store return policy at the point of sale very calculated with zero integrity. DO NOT SHOP here go to an actual Verizon store!

This isn't our normal location but we had to stop in for some quick help. We come to find out weeks later that person helping us out described to us something completely different than what we got. Seems some store employees don't have a clue about what they're talking about.

This store, staff, and management are terrible. I have had nothing but problems and have spent literally hours on the phone with customer service. I was told I could return an internet gateway if we did not like it. It has now been months. The staff are not honest. This is a retail store. I was told it is always better to a corporate store. Be warned.

My phone got major water damage and I almost lost years of memories and my contacts. Staff member Alexandria was incredibly helpful and guided me through the process of recovering everything and helped me get an upgrade as well. Alexandria has top notch customer service and gave me the best experience at a Verizon store I ever had. I will be sure to return to this location should I ever need help again. Thanks again, Alex for all your help!

I had an excellent experience with Andrea at the Verizon store in Ventura on the Victoria location. She handled everything, including explaining all of my options. It was a really good trade-in deal for my old phone, all done fairly quickly.Thank you for your great service and your help, Andrea and Alexandra.

I was feeling discouraged as I shopped for a new phone for my family and daughter’s 14th birthday as I had just finished a conversation on pricing with a nearby competitor’s store. I walked into Verizon thinking it was going to be just as disappointing but I was happily surprised when I met Alex! She was professional and friendly and willing to help us find the best deal. I went back with my husband that weekend and we also ended up getting internet for our home and business! Alex knocked it lit of the park, made us feel important and really heard our concerns with our phones and budget. She took a lot of time explaining everything to us and that is what sets her apart from other places! She was never once pushy. This is why we will always be forever customers with Verizon. Customer service is #1 in my book and we will definitely be back. I highly recommend you stop by and see Alex for your cell phone needs, you never know what deals they may have that fit your budget! Keep up the fantastic work Alex, and team!

Thank you Alex for providing excellent customer service when I walked into the Verizon Ventura (Victoria) store last weekend. In addition, thank you for providing me with all the information and the current promotions that Verizon had available for my business. This helped me switched from my old carrier to team Verizon. The trip was definitely worth it when I came in last weekend. I am now saving $60/month!

Alex did so great assisting us! She got us into new phones & internet for our home! She also beat out competitor's pricing by a landslide! We are so happy with the service we received , she was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything and also listened to what was important to us. Thank you Alex! I lost my practically new IPhone on my last day of vacation and because I’d had no Verizon service in my campground for a week, I also lost that week of photos etc. I was super stressed and needed a phone for my cross-country trip back to my east coast home. I was in the store on 7/20/2022. The person who helped me - I think, Alex — didn’t understand backups, iCloud, or even Verizon promotions and mislead my stressed brain into thinking I owed $800 to pay off my old phone (it was a trade-in promotion and a credit—had to call Verizon myself to clear this up), and that I’d lost 3 weeks of data instead of just 6 days. I couldn’t think straight or make decisions and her inexperience nearly cost me more $$$. When I got my new iPhone, since I had no service at the campground, I asked if I could stay and use their Wi-Fi to restore the apps which I desperately needed for travel the next day. She was fine with that for about 30 mins then kicked me out “to close for lunch.” I guess under normal circumstances this store and retail worker might have been fine, but her lack of experience and empathy in what was an emergency for me did not assuage my fears but only enhanced them. I had a great experience with Alex at the Verizon store in Ventura on the Victoria location. I went in with some issues with my existing phone and although I made it clear that I wasn’t there to purchase a new phone quite yet, Alex took the time to explain to me all that I needed to know plus additional important information. She wrote them down so I can present them to my wife. It was just a pleasure working with her. When I left the store, I just knew that I was going to come back and buy a phone from her.The following day I returned to the store with just a quick question. Alex was not there. Long story short the manager of the store was just the opposite of Alex. I did not feel welcomed, I did not feel important, I actually felt like I was an inconvenience to her. I’m glad I got Alex first the day prior or I would not have returned. Alex left such a strong impression the first day and also when my wife and I returned today to purchase the phone.Thank you for your great service and your help Alex. I’m really hoping that the manager might get some costumer service tips from you.

Thank you Alex for all the help getting me set up with my new phone. She was very knowledgeable and extremely nice. Took care of all my needs while training a new employee as well and was very patient. Also thank you to Steven who did a great job working with me. He too was very nice, knowledgeable and patient with me.
