You can feel the hate in this place now. Self-checkout is permanently closed. Only three out of over a dozen checkout isles open. Over a dozen people in each line. If they're going to close off self-checkout, at least create an express lane.

I stuck with this walmart through the poor selection of items. I stuck with this Walmart through adding a bunch of crammed isles. I started shopping elsewhere for certain items when you started locking them in glass cases. But closing the self checkout, PARMANENTLY, your cashier getting pissy with me for asking why, after I stood in line for 15 minutes just to buy a bottle of laundry soap, while the lady in front of me had a full cart, and you don't have express lanes?! I'm done with you. And you have the nerve to still check my 1 item receipt?! You just had me in line for 15 minutes for 1 item!! If you have self check out, fine. Have people at the door to check my receipt. But you close self check out, and only have 3 registers open, I wait 15 minutes in line, and this employee who could open another register is checking my receip. That's you're logic?! Seriously, I started paying more for Razor blades at CVS when you put the razors in locked cases. But I still shopped here for other things. Now I'm done. Management here, this is a direct message to you. YOU FAIL AT YOUR JOB!!! I'm done with this walmart!

I come here regularly to pick up household items and other things I need from time to time. They sometimes have good deals, so keep an eye for those. They have everything from electronics, household items, food, clothes, toys or pretty much anything you can think of. The one thing that is unfortunate is that most of their employees are not as friendly. Except the ladies that greet you as you walk in our check your receipt, those ladies are so friendly!

I stopped in this Walmart on 2/22 approximately 6 p.m. I proceeded to checkout No. 12. The cashier (Marisa) checked out the lady in front of me. She used the hand scanner and scanned her products. After the customer paid Marisa made her grab her items off the conveyor belt. My turn. Marisa did not ask me if I needed a bag. She hand scanned my items. I moved to the bagging area and paid. Marisa told me that i can get my items off the conveyor belt. I asked her to move them to the bagging area. She said that i can come and get them myself off the conveyor belt. I grabbed my items and said, "Oh my God" and she said "Yeah, that's right". I started to walk off then turned around and asked her name, she told me Stacy. I looked at her badge and it said Marisa. I reported her to the manager, wrote a survey review, and will be calling the corporate office. People like Marisa should not be in any type of customer service. She was rude and not doing her job.
