I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I walk in trying to cash my check there was not enough funds in the account that the check, (this has happened before) I simply call the owner of the account and have him transfer the money and I cash the check no problem. But before even explaining to me what's going on she stamps my check making it invalid. I explained that I can easily call and get the funds put in. Because it's 20 minutes before closing and there's no one left she wants to go home and doesn't wanna deal with me and screws me over from being able to use my check. I walked in to this place expecting help instead I got screwed over. I have all my bills due without being able to pay them. She didn't even seem to care.

This Branch does not care about you or your business, it feels like I'm bothering them to ask them for help inside the branch, Since when do banks not cash their own checks, this one being a 60$ Wells Fargo bank check. Nope I was turned away because I didn't bank here. Also after returning a second time with multiple forms of ID, what a waist of time and gas. Boooo telephone Wells Fargo

Hands down the slowest bank in the county. No matter what day or time I go throughout the week, it is a 20+ minute wait. Management sits at a table and watches the tellers struggle with a huge line. This used to be a really fast spot, it’s unfortunate how much it’s declined.

This is a great Wells Fargo Branch. I have not experienced too long of lines. I have always encountered very friendly tellers and bankers.

Fast and efficient young ladie banker opened up a new checking account for me at the Port Hueneme Branch office on 8/10/23. The banker was fast and cared about me regarding the small account that I opened.I prefer Wells Fargo over all the other institutions.

I've been with Wells Fargo for 14+ years. I did a foreign currency order, and never received a call that my money was ready. I attempted to call the branch after waiting well beyond the expected arrival date of my currency order and there was no answer. It got to the point where I called other branches, to verify that this branch is still open. When I finally went there in-person the manager claimed that all bankers were busy helping other customers and that he had attempted contacting me about my currency order having arrive (he did not). My currency order was then hastily given to me in an envelope and the teller didn't even have the decency to count out the currency. So I then pulled the Euro's out of the envelope and counted it in front of the teller (as they should be doing anyway) to verify that the amount I ordered was there in the denominations I ordered. This is why I'm leaving WF. They DO NOT care about the customers. Maybe if they'd pay attention to the customers they have they wouldn't have to make thousands of fraudulent accounts to 'turn a profit'.

Don't bother calling, they will never pick up. They claim they do not answer because they are busy helping customers. To prove the point, I called from inside the bank when it was not busy and still no answer. May as well disconnect the phone line.

This has to be the slowest bank in America. It takes about 10 min per customer. Absolutely no sense of urgency! Horrible management!

Lack of staff. Poor service. Limited hours. Machines often don't work. Brokerage accounts are not federally regulated.

Always such LONG LINES. Like out the door almost. I will say the customer service (once you make it up there) they are nice and polite. Just a super busy location. Right across from the mall and near Main St.

Can't even walk into Wells Fargo bank and open an account anymore you have to make an appointment. I'm on my way to a different bank..What makes me say this is it's true. Call any Wells Fargo branch and ask if you can walk in and open an account..

After being called by the branch. I calling back multiple times over several days to receive a pre recorded message. I entered the Ventura branch with no one inside and asked "Does anyone answer the phone here?" A gentleman said "We do the best wecan". I inquired again, "Is there a best time to call?". His remained steadfast, same unfriendly tone. His answer was the same with a sarcastic tone and he resembled the pit boss in a Vegas casino. No customers for 15 minutes. Then I find out this is the manager, Farbod Farzad. What terrible example as the representative of the bank. We have hit rock bottom.

Branch closed and locked the door on me as I was approaching the entrance (two feet from the door) at 10 SECONDS past 5:00. The employee muttered "sorry, we're closed" through the closed door and walked away. I am a business customer and regularly waited in line to make deposits for 30 to 45 minutes during the pandemic due to lack of staffing at this and other local branches (without complaint). I will be seeking a new bank for my business and personal accounts as Wells Fargo has lost its way and clearly does not value its customers or their business. I was running late for my deposit tonight because I was assisting customers at my business for nearly half an hour past our posted closing time to ensure they received the service they deserve - Wells Fargo and I are not aligned on what good service means and I will not continue to support companies that care so little for their customers. If you insist on supporting Wells Fargo, use another branch - perhaps the one on Mills Road as their staff is at least pleasant. My advice? Support a local bank or credit union and let these corporate banks go out of business as they rightly should.

Have a check written on Wells Fargo and I don't bank with them. They wanted to charge me $7.50 to cash the check. I refused to pay the fee. If I have a check written on that bank I should not have to pay a fee. To make it even worse it was a life insurance payout.
