About Americold
Americold is a business that handles deliveries efficiently and with friendly staff. Check-in usually opens early, around 6:00 or 6:30 am, and drivers can often get unloaded quickly, sometimes within 30 to 45 minutes. The facility has space for staging trucks and plenty of doors, making the process smoother. Drivers appreciate the availability of restrooms and the respectful check-in staff. It’s important to bring the confirmation number, trailer license plate, and truck plate. Some noted that signage could be clearer about warehouse locations and check-in points. Despite occasional delays due to traffic or weather, many drivers had positive experiences with prompt unloading and helpful personnel. Overall, Americold provides a good environment for quick and friendly service.
