It's funny that as I am reading the reviews on this business the same name comes up "Johnny". It seems like this man runs the show because his rudeness has not changed according to the constant reviews and my experience. I had a bad experience with the call center a couple of days ago with Johnny, he was unprofessional and not helpful at all, he was bothered by my questions and concerns. I'm starting a dessert/bakery business and was interested in services because of the large amount of cooking oil I will be using. I decided to go with another company for now. I really wanted to go with Baker because I have had colleagues express how great the drivers and service are for their business. As a business owner I would never let someone like that be the "Face" of my company.Service: Waste recycling

If I can give zero stars for the customer service over the phone I would! Very rude man that I spoke to and not helpful. I gave two stars because the driver that picks up my grease is very nice and helpful, thankfully I have the drivers number and I called him, he helped me more than the rep phone person. The driver gets 5 stars for his great service.Service: Waste recycling

I have had nothing but top service from these guys and we are 90 mile away from them!!!.. Excellent customer service every time.. I don't understand the other reviews.. Makes no sense. These guys are hard working people and do what others don't want to..To all you 1 star givers...Maybe look at how you treat others first before criticizing other human beings..To the reviewer below who complains of smell, it's probably herself..take a whiff of your underarms then take a seriously long involved shower followed by the use of deodorant...Im sure the air quality will smell a whole lot better around you...lolCustomer for life..John

Absolute worst customer service. Jeff, who claims he's the manager at BC Drain, has the worst attitude ever and needs to go learn customer service. I called to schedule service and he says he cant schedule it because we have a past due bill. The day of, they call me in the morning asking where we were for our appointment, and when I explained the situation to Jeff, he got angry and hung up the phone!

I have called 4 times in one week for my restaurant to be serviced and here we are still with a full barrel of oil. I continue to be transferred and transferred to get a voice recording. I will happily be closing my account today and going elsewhere with my business.

Terrible customer service In office charge , Charge for 5 hours told technician after an hour that was not going to work we should just stop called about bill customer service was rude told me I'll just send it to collections when trying to negotiate a lower cost because nothing was solved I ended up digging it up and fixing it felt like they were just jacking up the cost after 1st hour lot of other companies out there that can do same job Lower cost and don't have to deal with idiots in the office technician should know Cost and inform customer when they get to a certain time frame

Worst service ever. Had me on hold for 20 minutes and transferring to this and that and in the end of it, "we are sorry, we are not taking new customers". Well, good luck getting new customers. Im a store owner that needs just a grease trap cleaning. Ill take my store else where. Good riddance, bad service, no customers.
