SCAMMERS!!!! BEWARE people this is a scam operation and the person that answers the phone is some random Asian female. barely speaks English and hangs up on you. I ordered something and this address is being used as a scam operation.

DO NOT BUY FROM FILPE!!! I purchased a craft box on 11/9/22 & received an email that my item was shipped on 11/14/22. Got a tracking number & was following the delivery the entire time. On 11/23/22 my item showed delivered however it was delivered to an address in North Carolina when I live in Illinois. I have now contacted this company 5 times only by email because that is the only communication they give you & I still have not gotten anything resolved nor have I received my order. Every time I send an email I get a reply that says "please provide your order number" but I had already provided that in each email I sent. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AS THEY ARE A SCAM!!!
