No follow through. Didn't mention fee to get an estimate wasting both of our time. It isn't even the fee that bothers me, it's the fact that it wasn't even mentioned until a week after I asked for an estimate in the first place. Would have gladly paid if they were upfront and timely with the estimate without my having to call multiple time to see how much it would cost
