I had a very fine lined/difficult logo to work with, that I wanted embroidered on some hats for my team, and clients, but after working with me over a few weeks to perfect it, I was blown away with the results - they nailed it! I was looking for a cut and sew spot with print options. I decided to give them a try since the photos looked the part of what I wanted and a couple of PREVIOUS clients I was familiar with. So I made my appointment to bring in my sample in on April 24th to get a quote. I get there and...lets just say the office doesn't match the website. Although this should be a red flag, I pay it no mind and proceed to discuss my options. I let them know I was on a time frame for production of my official launch, they assured me it would be no problem. After talking we decided to start with printing on the blanks I brought, before pursuing cut and sew to save time and money. Great, I ask about quote but am told I need to submit artwork 1st (even though I already brought in sample already made) No problem! I get home, email artwork and am told I will have quote by end of day. So after 2 DAYS I finally get the email with quote (another red flag). I pick my options and immediately ask for invoice to get ball rolling because I couldn't afford to risk being behind since it was now Friday. So you guessed it, I get no invoice before weekend. Fine, maybe they're already getting the ball rolling and trust in good faith that I obviously have the money when needed. So Monday the 30th comes and I send courtesy email that Im still waiting on invoice. SO, after 24 hours I get response on May 1st that I will be called to discuss costs on May 2nd. Huh?? but ok, fine..again! (another red flag) I wait for call all morning, and yup...no call. At this point I'm restless and reached the conclusion that these people don't care or they are in over their heads. So I give them a call to see what's going on and spoke with Eytan (the manager or owner) idk but he explained the employee I was dealing with had a family emergency and wasnt in the office. Well I couldn't say anything about that except show sympathy. But Etyan assured me she would be getting back to me with invoice ASAP! At this point it was end of Thursday, so I obviously expected to have it by Friday morning the 4th. Well, at this point you see the pattern....and yes another Friday comes and goes without contact. Really!?? I even called in Friday late afternoon to vent my frustrations and they tell me everyone is already gone for weekend. Unbelievable! Anyways I send my thoughts and prayers to employee dealing with family over the weekend letting them know i understand and they can send back my things if overwhelmed. Of course I get no response, so I call in on Monday and speak with someone else who decided to take it their own hands to help me out and make sure I was satisfied. At this point its been 12 days without a invoice! Go figure. I explain if they cant do the job just send back my things. They assure they can do it and will get to me in a few minutes. Well hours goes by and another day wasted. Im pissed, I have a deadline in 2 weeks and have to find another shop to go to. I send email to Eytan of dissatisfactory experience, requesting to have my items mailed to me or I could inconvenience myself even further by picking them up via uber with a price tag of my experience. He offered apology and that he can rush the job. I explained that if I am to continue on with business, I need some sort of compensation for 13 days I've wasted! He said he can only offer the apology and that I could pick up my bag in the front. Well, here it is! My thorough review of s%%y customer service for a business that seems to be on its last leg and simply doesn't care to stand on it. DO NOT WASTE YOUR VALUABLE TIME HERE! too many other places that print quality work right down the street. I took this time to write all of this (even though I'm behind schedule) so you dont make the same mistake I did. Now I have to scramble for a reputable business and pay more money to rush the job which equates to hundreds of extra dollars. STAY CLEAR FROM HERE.
