“Hello i purchased a pbx 1212 bluetooth speaker from a small store in my town and the 30 day warranty had just expired. I started having problems with the volume control knob. So i called qfx and the were very pprofession.i spoke to a man named jaun and he assured me that he would look into my optio s. He asked if i could bring it in to their warehouse. So two days later i drove o er to the warehouse about 40 miles from my house. I was greated by jaun with a smile and he took my unit in. He came back 10 minites later and said he took care of everything. We even ytalked a few more minutes before i left and he ga e me dire tio s to the fwy. I am very happy with my speaker.”
