I received the wrong size, returned and stated in the notes that the wrong size was delivered, and was not given my full credit because the wrong size was sent back

I ordered a womens suit in November and it was to small, I received $107 credit. I have been trying to use my credit code, since then. The online store keeps wanting to charge me even though I'm adding a code. There is no number for customer service. I'm feeling like this is a scam. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!!
