  I’ve been home all day waiting for my package. My building is accessible. Then I get a message that “the recipient wasn’t available”. This happens every time with FedEx. Why can’t they change??

  Drivers make minimal effort to deliver packages. Because someone didn’t want to use my call box of my building, multiple times, I now have to drive 40 minutes to pickup my package in person. A+ job!

  A lot of abuse and harassment, discrimination! And the bosses won’t do nothing ! No raises no appreciate and the managers like Allen mark and Mike all have no problems harassing and abuse there workers and don’t care for policy

  Pretty sure an employee stole my package. This facility is 1 hour away from the delivery address and it's been "in transit" for 1 month. Even fedex customer service came reach them.

  Tracking History gets logged with 'Shipment arriving early' status. All of the sudden the day of the original Scheduled Delivery Date and the package is still showing 'Departed FedEx location', not even close to Out For Delivery yet. Did I mention this was Saturday afternoon? Early Friday arrival turns into delayed shipment. Tried requesting an option to Hold at FedEx Office location that is open on Sundays and request doesn't get responded to on time by Vernon staff. Now it's basically Monday and I'm leaving on a business trip. Thanks a lot FedEx Ground.

  DO NOT USE FEDEX. Worst Ground system EVER. Listen to the other reviews on here.I was to receive a package for a business in a large business building where deliveries are made daily by all carriers.FedEx apparently, missed us on the 1st attempt but never left a doortag. Then FedEx never attempted a 2nd and 3rd delivery despite the tracking system saying so. We have people at the office as well as a security system and it never shows FedEx attempting to make a delivery at our suite. Delivery workers are lazy, incompetent and lies about making the delivery when asked in person after never showing up. The delivery men know this building well and when asked about our suite delivery, he said he'll bring it up but never showed up that day. Delivery exceptions made over the phones are useless and the system will just mark delivery as attempted but this is FALSE; they are expecting the recipient to come retrieve the package themselves. No one ever picks up the call at the ground location unless you go there in person, customer service is also useless as they give different information on every single call. You can escalate it to a manager to file a case and a complaint, they won't even hear you out and their option to do a alternate pickup location DOES NOT WORK because you'll receive a notice in the mail a week later saying you have 2 days to pick it up. Some agents are rude. Honestly, the worst company to use as a carrier. FedEx has been the worst carrier to work with and I will never ship from them again. Shame on you guys.

  Horrible, disorganized place. Switchers don't do their job. Trailers are dropped chaotically. This place is a total mess.
