GT living foods

Warehouses
GT Living Foods is a trucking destination that offers a drop-and-hook service for drivers. The facility is often busy, with limited space, so it is advisable to call ahead to check for availability before arrival. There is no overnight parking, and drivers are encouraged to utilize street parking at their own risk. For live loads, it is essential to bring a same-day empty scale ticket, as not having one can lead to delays. However, the requirement for scale tickets for empty trailers is no longer enforced. The staff and security at GT Living Foods are noted to be friendly and helpful, facilitating a relatively efficient process for drop-off and pick-up. Even though the space can get tight, many drivers report being in and out within two hours. For those who arrive early, there are options to wait at nearby locations like McDonald’s or designated street parking. Drivers should be prepared with two load locks and ensure their trailers are clean, as these are prerequisites for service. Occasionally, there is a taco truck on site for a quick meal. Overall, GT Living Foods is regarded as a manageable place to pick up loads, despite some logistical challenges.
