Order with caution: pre-order items are not clearly marked. And you could be waiting 60+ days for the pre-order date plus the 3-5 business days for processing. I placed an order on November 8th. After several emails to the customer service people, I find out my order is considered a pre-order and not scheduled to be in stock until January 25th. As I planned this to be a Christmas gift, I'm very disappointed. I'll wait until January 25th, and hope this isn't a scam. UPDATE: I asked a question about the cancellation policy, instead of answering the question the Customer Service agent CANCELED my order!

Bought an apron and one of the waist strings broke off. not that long after and I email the company to ask if they could put a new string, they said no they don't make repairs. For almost $100 they should stand by their products. I use this at home, not in a professional kitchen. Should last.

Worst customer service of any company ever, took starting a 0ayment dispute to get any kind of word back after 2 weeks of no communication. Unprofessional and malicious behavior by selling products that are nothing like what is pictured or described. Then later admitting to selling aprons that are made with a particular fabric that is listed NO WHERE on the store page in the only email correspondence I got. Don't buy from this company, atrocious process from beginning to end.

Be weary of their \\\"Mystery Box\\\" orders. They're priced low for a good reason. I ordered my first and it turned out to be a Big Bird one from what I'm guessing was from a collaboration they did with Sesame Street. That's totally fine if I was a chef for a bunch of kids. But sure, I knew going through with the order was a gamble anyway. I place a second order for two mystery aprons and I specifically asked if I could avoid being sent a Big Bird one, as I received one already from my last order. This was completely ignored. Not only did I receive the same Big Bird apron, but I got another Big Bird apron with a different design scheme. This is was made me realize that, basically, the mystery bib orders only get you apron designs that did not sell very well, for reasons that are apparent. It's simply a more attractive strategy used by H\\u0026B to price clearance items higher than they would like. This approach rubs me the wrong way and I can't unsee the fact that this business is a bit tainted with greed now. Very disappointing moves from a company that I once thought of as genuine.

PEOPLE! Please educate yourselves about face masks and what degree of protection you get from them!! Looks don't count! HELLO... It's about the masks ability to filter out the Omicron Virus, not how good you look! Go for an N94 or an N95. One filters out 94% and the other 95%. This is a medical situation; not a fashion show.

Thank you Igor for your help with my exchange. Purchasing items online and is not always easy when it comes to color and fit. I appreciated you contacting me and explaining to me how the process could have worked. I look forward to receiving my updated order soon. Cheers!

I love my H&B! I have several, and my tie dye is favorite. They stand up to heavy use, and wash well. They have great functionality, but I love the compliments I receive when wearing them the best!

Seems like the quality has dropped. I originally bought an Essential Denver apron and loved it. It's really well made, feels super strong, but importantly soft to the touch as well. Just an all round quality feeling product and worth the money. Unfortunately, I ordered an identical apron as a Christmas gift for my father and when it arrived it was noticeably different even though an identical item was ordered. The newer apron is a different color but more importantly the fabric feels completely wrong. It's still relatively well made in terms of the stitching but the fabric has a texture similar to that of novelty or cheap aprons you'd buy at HomeGoods or something. Really not the premium feeling product you could get before and certainly not something I'd class as a nicer gift for a loved one. On top of that, they completely forgot to embroider the apron before shipping which was already on a tight deadline with Christmas coming up fast.

ordered an apron as a gift. I cannot tell you how the quality of the apron is because the recipient has not received it yet and it's been over a week in transit. It's made in California, I'm shipping to Michigan, but it first has to make a stop in north eastern Ohio??!! just to go back to Michigan. Very confusing and of course I've missed the date for the apron to be a gift!

ORDER #221434 I have read the few most recent reviews in regards to the Wake Up u0026 Fight mask. As consumers it is our responsibility to research a product and/or the company offering a product. I myself was very aware of this Company's main business prior to Covid. In my opinion I believe that the material used, the style and color options... And the quality is better than other masks that have now flooded the market. The design, to be able to add an extra layer of another filtered material in the inner pocket, creates more protection. All in all, we are all entitled to our opinions. I myself, do plan to order additional masks for family members. T.D.

Yikes. Purchased their masks earlier this spring when masks were hard to come by. The $22 price tag should deter you. While it looks nice, the masks are tiny (they barely cover your nose to your chin) compared to all other masks I've tried, and once you wash them they wrinkle up and become impossible to wear again. There is also no metal wiring in the nose bridge area, so there's no seal at all, just giant gaps at the top around your nose. If you try to pull the mask up, guess what, your chin isn't covered. Also after a month of wearing, the straps around your ears thin out. Honestly this is disappointing. These are the most expensive masks I purchased (compared to paper surgical masks or cloth masks from 3 other companies), and they're not even useful.
