I don't have no problem with my NAXA Radio with CD player I brought it from big lots store I'm very happy with it no problems I love it. I have been playing this CD player and Radio since February 15th of this year no problems fantastic great sound and reception.

Purchased a dashcam and it arrived missing part of the mounting hardware. Company's website doesn't even recognize they're own prodect number. Will have to purchase a different mount just to be able to use this thing. Customer support is non-existant.

Merchandise is horrible quality and their customer service is horrible.
I purchased their combined CD and radio which was barely used during the pandemic and now it is not operational.

I bought 75 Bluetooth speakers thinking i got a great deal. They assumed me they are in perfect condition they have been inspected one by one. What a lie it was. None of them work They won’t return my calls they won’t take them back. Stay away from this company.

BEWARE! I purchased a portable CD player/radio (NPB-251) through Walmart from this company. The day it arrived (April 22) I emailed this company telling them the cord did not fit properly. As I plugged it into the radio there was static and when I let go of the cord it stopped playing. It is now April 30 and have not heard a word from this company. Very disappointed to say the least.

I purchased a Naxa CD, TV Boombox combination unit from HSN in May 2023. I realized it was not functioning properly after the 30 day return period so I had to send it back to the manufacturer. I did send it to the manufacturer with $25 to cover shipping and handling. I sent it in June 2023 and received it back in about 3 weeks July 2023. The unit still did not work and I sent it back at the manufacturer's cost after waiting about 6 weeks to get a return shipping label. Now it's late October 2023. I called to find out the status of my unit and waited another 3 weeks to hear back. I received a call the week before Christmas that my unit was tested and there was no issue so I would have to pay $20 for it to be returned to me. This company should send my unit back at their expense since I have had to wait over 6 months to use it. I won't know if it works until I get it back. I told Orland the customer service representative I've been working with (very nice person and very professional) to tell corporate they should show some goodwill at this time of year. What do you think?

I bought a CD player/radio from them trough Amazon. The radio will not come in clear. It is full of static. The CD player works fine. A friend of mine bought one a couple months earlier and has the same problem.Amazon will not give me my money back and won't let me return it. They told me to contact the company.I can't find a toll free number to call. This is a rip off. I will never buy anything of theirs again!!!!!

Purchased a tablet from another company in July 2022 by October my unit was not charging so I contacted Naxa to see what I could do since it was under warranty they told me to write a letter stating what was wrong send all parts back to them plus proof of purchase I did this and shipped the unit back to them in January 2023 after about a month I reached out to them to find out what they were going to do I was informed that my unit would be replaced by March 8 2023 By the 10th of March I had not received the unit so I reached out to Naxa only to be told that the proof of purchase was not with the unit so I emailed a copy of invoice to them couple of days later reached out to them again than I was told that I did not put a money order in with the unit to pay for shipping and that I would need to send check or money order to them before the unit would be worked on

Returned music boom box purchased thru HSNOnly a few months before never used. Christmas gift grandchild. Defective HSN said return to Manufacturer no response have called dozens of times no info given. No supervisor returns my calls2Months. No repair done. No replacement received No refund. I bought their CD player from Hammacher/Slemmer and what a piece of junk from China. No phone number so I can give them a chance to talk to me, so it goes back today. Won't play a disc, says "wrong region". The remote control buttons are so tiny, that when you push the button in say for fast forward, it gets pushed in so far, it won't pop back when you take your finger off. JUNK

We purchased a Naxa NPV-2500 Portable projector from office max. The first time out of the box the DVD player couldn't recognize the DVD inserted. So I sent the machine back under warranty for repairs. 6 months later and 4 phone calls now, they cannot find my information nor have any records of the $16.00 money order they wanted to supposedly ship it back to me! When I call customer support he proceeds to tell me he has no information on me, but then provides me with my email? Then says Naxa is only available by email! I have to wait another 3 days for a response! What a joke!!!!

I bought a CD player, it worked a few days and that it!!! I would recommend it for anyone, Im trying to get a replacement but they have many policies, this makes it very complicated to deal with them

Sell machines that are fire hazards! Wires burned from inside. Naxa offered only replacement after I was to mail in damaged npb 426 at my expense. No monetary refund offered. Why would I accept another dangerous machine into my house or give it to someone else in good conscience? Spoke to supervisor, in this case I should have been refunded.
