“Great customer service there's a guy that worked here on August 8th 2025 2:PM he served me, when it was my turn in line he gave me GREAT CUSTOMER service, he deserves a promotion, & I also noticed while I was waiting in line he was actually teaching other customers a out how the shipping thing works since they seemed alil confused about media mail. But besides him being a Great Worker, every time I come here to ship my packages all the employee that work here are soo respectful caring and Amazing, i uselally like testing out other USPS around the area but cause of his Thier experience I'm stating loyal to this USPS even if I have to travel further just to get here. I Really Love every single 1 of the employees every time I come here, they also gave us knowledge on shipping details highly intelligent And recommended... ❤️❤️❤️❤️? PROMOTE THAT AMAZING MAN ??”

“I like this Post Office because they have a stamp machine, which is easy & convenient. The lobby is well kept and always stocked with postal supplies. The P.O. Boxes are easy to access and the staff have always been friendly and helpful. There is a small parking lot on the side (off the alley) and 20-minute parking out front.”

“I have been to 4 post office locations in the city of Pasadena CA. This one by far has the most friendliest and helpful staff out of all the locations I have been to! Seriously, I have received attitude and even hostility at 2 of the 3 other post office locations that I have done business at. If you need to do any business with the USPS in the city of Pasadena CA, this is the location you want to go to!”
“I needed to overnight some paperwork and ended up at this location. I'm so glad that I did! Parking was super easy, the gentleman at the window was super helpful and warm and friendly. We just don't get a lot of that these days and it was appreciated. This would definitely be my go-to location if I weren't about to bail out of the state.”
“The standard experience of a USPS Post Office visit ranges from tolerable to downright awful (my worst experiences being in NYC), but I have never had a better experience than the Lincoln location. There’s something about the culture of this office that the staff are courteous, friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, truly give a damn and go out of their way to help. There was an older gentleman (who retired in December) who was wonderful and his replacement is just as good. If only all USPS offices were this good. Thank you guys, you give us hope!”
“I received fast and efficient service at this post office. One of the clerks kindly assisted me in locating my missing mail, which I greatly appreciated. Although I don’t often leave reviews, I felt compelled to share my positive experience. The clerk at Window 3—a lovely young woman with brown skin and striking green eyes—was exceptionally sweet and helpful. Additionally, the convenient location of this post office near my home makes it incredibly accessible. So far, so good!”

“Offers bulk drop off in the back if you have prepaid labels. Larger location and can save time if you buy postage ahead of time. Parking lot is pretty small and cramped so highly recommend parking on the street”
“The ladies here are the absolute sweetest, I come to this post office because the one in my city has super rude ladies that just give straight attitude no matter what. However, these women are always so warm and welcoming whenever I go and I would 1000% rather wait in line for them to help me than go to any other post office near me! Thank you ladies <33!”
“Stopped by this Saturday at around noon and it was a decent size line. Jonathan and Norma (only 2 tellers at the time) took care of all us in timely manner as the line moved along without issues. The people at the post office do a phenomenal job with the customer service. Our local mail carrier does a great job as well. Keep up the good work USPS! ? ?”
“Was no line when I arrived, but in the 10 mins it took to address some envelopes, 3 people had snuck in behind me. Naturally, each customer had a complicated transaction, so it took about 15 mins to advance to the window. About 6 people had lined up behind me during my wait. Staff was friendly and efficient. Decent post office if you time it right!”
