I came to buy a iPhone case Thursday the couple who was working there with their son were helpful and friendly but I went looking for my old Iphone to see if I left it there by accident and I came in with a good energy just to be put in a bad mood by the owner her attitude was horrible, the moment I walked in she already had a bad attitude so I tried to ignore her attitude but she told me if I would of left it there she would of know and then she proceeded to ask me if I had my find my iPhone and I told her no because I switched phone and she decided to say that’s your fault for losing it instead of just telling me straight up no we don’t have it or haven’t seen it horrible customer service!!

I would give this cell service zero stars if I could. The customer service is non existent. I did with out service for two days, finally called their customer service and was given a load of bulls s*** and no real solutions. When I said I would take my business elsewhere, they wished me a nice day. So much for customer service. They owe me for the better part of a month of prepaid service. I won't hold my breath on them making good on it. In the mean time they have lost a customer FOREVER!
