Others have said it better but slow many mistakes not rude but not super helpful either...Oh yes, we are both handicapped, there is absolutely no place or consideration for handicaps or business accounts...

No matter what day or time you come they always have 2 windows open and more than half the time there's only one person instead of two. There's people that need to come in during their lunch and they always have more than 10 people in line waiting. I have waited more than 49 minutes and still have to leave . They need better management.

If I can give this place no ratings I will staff are rude and extremely lazy , I met with banker named Saul R . He was very lazy and rude I went to dispute charges that were being made and money that was being taken from wells Fargo for no reason , he then calls customer service and then says the exact opposite of what I say I asked him and brought it to his attention that is not what I said he puts his hand up at me and tells me to " be quiet " , I then ask for his manager who's name was Teresita v rosas who was extremely rude and unprofessional she was very lazy along with other staff service manager my a** ? She told me to call customer service I repeated what was the problem to multiple staff multiple times it felt like I was speaking another language that they did not understand , how do you work at a bank and not be able to resolve my issue tell me to call customer service ? I ask what can customer service do differently that you can't do here in the branch she then says I don't know I can't help you here I can't help you here , I ask again what's the difference she says there is nothing different so then how come I cannot be helped here ? She was a very lazy person and extremely rude I do not think she is suited to be a manager they need someone who is a leader not a lazy person like her or Saul who did everything to not do there job . Ignored me . Told me to " shut up " . She then started to be rude and sarcastic and said customer service can help you cause I won't " . Just very sad an childish worst bank ever wells Fargo is horrible in general and this branch is the worst ever !

I think they literally take 15-20 mins for each patron. I feel like I'm in the DMV sloth scene in zootopia! Why does everything take so much longer at this branch?? Made the mistake of not going to the one by my house.

Just because there is a line 5 minutes before closing time doesn't mean they are close! The security guard determined he will not take more clients when I'm getting in line but let somebod cut.

The lines in this bank are insane. One teller in the front for a busy bank that is located in a Industrial area. You need to wait in line out side the bank in the HOT or rainny weather and no canopy at all. I understand we are in a pandemic but come on Wells Fargo with all the money this bank makes they cant afford canopies for the customers. Another observation this bank is unsafe. People that usually bank in this bank are business owners and carry large amount of money. Customers are exposed to get mugged and they wont even know who was it every one is wearing mask .

This bank sucks ! They take for ever The ugly as workers are all talking to each other smelling like hurry the f*** up people have places to be Wait and line with 5-6 people your looking at like 20-30 mins of wait smh

literally spent two days in and out of the bank this week trying to solve some collision insurance check mix up for my car and it was just a complete mess but thankfully this branch had GREAT customer service and they did everything they could to help me resolve my issue. I want to personally point out that Personal Banker Juan Rivera did a great job at helping me and my dad, he went above and beyond with his customer service, and i couldn't be more thankful for all his awesome work. Promote this guy, because he and his team are truly great people!

This is in the middle of the city of Vernon, which is very industrial, so it naturally has a 'sketchy' feeling to it. The bank does have a faux security guard, who keeps an eye on the bank and not the parking lot. CAUTION: the parking situation is busy and tough to see when you pull out. The bank employees are friendly, I used the ATM machine only but stuck my head inside to see what it looked like. The manager was quick to greet me and ask if I needed anything, she told me that they can accommodate all bank services that Wells Fargo offers. On this particular Thursday around 11:30 it was not very busy.

There's a fake cop that stands outside and does nothing. I had parked my car next to the ATM and my bumper had been sticking out a bit. I preceded to walked to the outdoor ATM when a bigger older man starts yelling at me because I am sticking out. I continue with my transaction, and he KICKS my car. I run back down and ask the cop for help and she does nothing. I ask the older gentleman why he had kicked my car and he then tried to punch me (Luckily I was able to duck in time), after he did that I threatened to call the cops. MOST UNSAFE WELLS FARGO. I AM SWITCHING BANKS BECAUSE OF THIS INCIDENT.

Worst customer service. Slowest service. Wait time is worse for business accounts than personal banking, even though every other bank prioritizes business accounts.

Wait time is unacceptable. Customer service is satisfactory, but not the greatest. Too many people standing around in the back chatting, while lines grow and grow. Only recommend if there's absolutely no other Wells Fargo near you.
