I almost got bamboozled here at this store today. I only bought 2 pairs of underwear that were at 60% off and then a t-shirt that was 9.97, tell me how my total came up to $33. The lady at the register asked if I wanted my receipt in the bag, and I said no because I felt something was off. I stood there for a minute after I paid for my purchase just looking at my receipt and noticed that I was charged for 2 shirts not just 1. I told the lady, hey you charged me for 2 shirts, I only got 1. Thank goodness I didn't leave and then return at some other time or of course no one would have believed me. She wasn't even apologetic, that was the worst part of this whole thing , is that I feel she probably does this to many more people than just me. Buyer beware!! Always check your receipts before you leave. When they ask you if you want them to put your receipt in the bag, just say no and make sure you don't get bamboozled!

I have a customer complaint. I am an avid shopper at most Aeropostale stores in Southern California, recently I purchased around 120.00 dollars worth of merchandise from your location in Victorville, CA. I have to tell you, i'm very disappointed at the customer service of one individual at the store. I believe his name was Jeff, he was a stocky build with glasses. Well to make a long story short, he'd been making advances towards my boyfriend of 4 years rather than helping me and him, my boyfriend had about 10 shirts to try on, the guy let him into the fitting room no problem. but when I wanted to try on only two shirts that I found, he asks me how many I have before he lets me into the fitting room, this was not only rude, but uneccessary if he didn't even bother to ask my boyfriend 5 seconds before me, while i'm trying on these two shirts he decided to ask my boyfriend questions like where he worked and so on, after we left I asked my boyfriend about what he thought and he felt that it was inappropriate and a tad on the uncomfortable side. I feel, as though I should have said something right then and there but I felt that there was no need for confrontation and/or drama. I just feel that as an employee at the wonderful Aeropostale location he should have focused on the task at hand; keeping customers happy and helping them find what they needed. Instead, he wanted to gab at my boyfriend who was not even remotely interested in what he had to say. I just wish in the future that this type of dilema will not occur again. This will not affect my decision to purchase clothing from your locations, however I hope that this staff member can learn to work rather than make a pass at my boyfriend of 4 years.
