“Bill Mckown was very friendly and knowledgeable and in just a few minutes we were able to find and decide on a replacement Refrigerator, ours died on a Sunday afternoon. The delivery was free and the removal price of $40.00 for the old refrigerator was very reasonable. The delivery and installation was great. The guys were friendly and efficient in removing the old refrigerator and the installation and setup of the new Whirlpool Refrigerator was great. The installers also made sure to tell us specific details we needed to know and do in the first couple of days before using the refrigerators water and ice features.Thanks Howard's fora great experience!”

“Called the Victorville Home Depot store after waiting beyond the date promised for an order. I don't know what associate answers a phone that is ringing, push the buttons, and then hangs up.. it's not the first time I gather they just don't wanna deal with customers. So we drove to the store to find out what was going on. Susana the associate at the return desk/ help desk didn't wanna deal with us either, so she gave me the number to a distribution center and told me to find out the information myself because they probably wouldn't answer the phone call from her either. I called that number, a woman answered the phone right away, and it turned out to be a personal phone number to an associate at the distribution center, who was off work, but answering her calls. She let me know that this was inappropriate for me to be calling and searching the product that we purchased online.. she said the associate should have never given us her personal number and I should contact the manager. So we went back to the store and contacted the assistant manager on duty: Priscilla. She got us our product and handled the situation and under 15 minutes. In one respect you have associates that work incredibly hard and seamlessly to serve the customer that at the end of the day is the reason they have a job. On the other hand, you have to deal with an occasional associate just like Susana who makes you feel like you are interrupting them. In any case we're grateful for Priscilla the assistant manager for helping us; not because it was just her job, but because she took her job seriously and gave value to the customer.”

I was so desperate Friday evening when my refrigerator/freezer stopped cooling, called & Brian was so understanding, said they couldn't come till Monday but if someone cancelled would call. Called me back and said they would be there Saturday morning. Adolfo came, fixed it and explained in detail everything, charged the original service fee quoted.
