“I just wanted to thank the associate that answered my phone call and helped me out with an order that was purchased online. The associates name was Danielle and I have to say thank you for helping me out, and sounding like he enjoyed his job. Thank you.”
“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Home Improvement Store with Helpful People!
I had a great experience at Lowe’s Home Improvement on Bear Valley Road! The store has a wide selection of tools, building materials, appliances, and home essentials — everything I needed for my project was easy to find. Many of the team members were friendly and knowledgeable, walking me through products and pointing me in the right direction when I wasn’t sure what I was looking for.
What really stood out was how clean and organized the store felt, and there were associates visible in every aisle offering help — which made my shopping experience much smoother and more enjoyable.
Overall, this Lowe’s location offers solid customer service, great product variety, and a welcoming vibe. Whether you’re doing a big home improvement project or just need a few supplies, this is a reliable place to shop! ⭐️?✨”

“I went in today to purchase a whiteboard because my semester starts tomorrow, and I was really excited to find the one I was looking for. We first approached an employee for help, but unfortunately, he didn’t take much time to assist us. We then asked Eddie for help, and he was amazing! He took the time to look into it on his work phone and made sure we got the information we needed. I really appreciated his patience and willingness to help. Thank you, Eddie, for taking the extra time to make sure we left happy with our purchase! Great customer service.”
