Acima credit by Ashley: Avoid at all cost, overall cost doubles with interest. The website and app don’t work so you can never check your statements.
It’s been nothing but issues with my deliveries, with the coordination, processing/processing system, and customer communication from Ashley with corporate at the helm of poor leadership / management. Additionally, the last delivery team on Mar 7th did not set up the bed correctly. I had to take it apart, move the frame which wasn’t seated properly, and put it back together or else the bed could not rise on the front or back because it was hitting the frame. The other two delivery times were great but the last one didn’t even call me back for help and told customer service there was no issue although I have screenshots of the text and call log. Also, I keep getting calls about my first delivery, a month prior, telling me I never received it when I did, bad inventory management. I submitted to complaints but the rep said the delivery people were never told I and an issue, wrong, and the Victorville store doesn’t answer calls now.
Customer service, who doesn’t physically work at Colton, says call the store and they can only email the processing center. The processing center in Colton says call the store you purchased your product from or customer service. The store says they must email the processing center. Everyone is saying it’s someone else’s responsibility. The roles are not clearly defined and/or nobody wants to own the process fully. Another review will be made for the corporate office in Colton. There really should be a final survey of how the entire process went after the delivery because the only outstanding people were the delivery guys and my sales rep, that’s it.

From the moment I walked in, Bill provided top-notch customer service and made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. Bill has been there for 10 years and is incredibly knowledgeable about his products and helped me find exactly what I was looking for without any pressure.
His manager, David, also helped us with all of our requests, including moving furniture around and powering up items.
The quality of their furniture is consistently excellent, and they always go above and beyond to ensure I'm happy with my purchase. After 13 years, I can confidently say they’ve earned my loyalty.

Horrible customer service we bought a recliner sofa and for one room and a recliner couch loveseat and a single recliner all electric and we bought a battery pack 2 months ago. They still have not sent the battery pack which is 200.00 dollars. When we call the store no one answers or they put you on hold and disconnect you after 5 minutes the store manager will not return calls.
If you want quality furniture and great service this isn’t the place to go
