35 mins in line to make a cash deposit. (Last time I did an atm deposit the machine malfunctioned and only credited 300.00 out of the 1000.00 deposited so I feel I have no choice but go to a teller!!! Btw, they did temporarily credit 700.00 but it took a month to clear their error! 1:35 in the afternoon, one teller working at a snails pace. 13 people in line. Eventually another snail slowly walks up and sits at the teller computer for a while but doesn't help anyone. Minutes later another one slowly walks up, a few minis she finally helps one custom, mins later she gets up and disappears. Mean while, back to one teller and now 18 in line. So now man walks around back there and does nothing. Finally the second teller did help one person. It's insane how slow and careless the employees are... several people left the bank so we are down to 13 in line but more coming in. Slow, slow, slow. I'm waiting and watching very little effort to help those of us in line. The third teller kept leaving between the few customers she did help! Can't somebody supervisor them and make sure they help us in a timely manner? Anybody at all?

I dropped by Bank of America (BofA) on Amargosa Rd in Victorville for a quick check deposit for my Mom. NO LINES... WAHOO... my kinda bank. I didn't even bother to fill out the deposit slip ahead of time... I just walked straight to the teller and filled out the slip at the window. Teller didn't mind. She was very pleasant and friendly. Transaction was swift and easy. Thank you! I'll be back to this BofA and not bother with the BofA on 7th Street in Victorville. The latter is always busy and they usually have just 2 tellers at a time which I think is ridiculous. Let's get customers in and out and not keep them waiting. Happy Banking!

Enough with your stupid mask rules . Everytime i go there i have to wait in line for more than 30 minutes in the cold/heat ! the entire state is open so stop witj your stupid useless masks and 6 feet crap

Very disappointed that my husband, in 2021, has to call me yet again to inform me that this bank would not cash his check. As a man of color he is being pulled aside and has to wait every single time when trying to cash a check with this bank. Again, he was being denied today, due to them not being able to "verify the signature". It was then suggested for him to deposit the check instead?!? This was now the third time he is being given troubles at this bank! Very disappointing!

The same piles of trash have been in the parking lot, drive up and atm for over 3 weeks. This place is trashed. It's disgusting and embarrassing. I will no longer bank here after leaving here today.

I have EDD fund's go in there and on Jan 6th 983.00 was taking out of my account without my knowledge, So if anyone has EDD fund's going into B Of A take it out cause I don't trust them anymore, been trying to get a hold of EDD to unfreeze my account but can't get anyone on the phone. So I will go to B of A tomorrow and talk to a manger and show them what was taken out of my account

I'm not sure why this bank got two stars. My family had a very pleasant interaction with everyone we dealt with. They were very kind & took there time to answer all our questions. We were also helped by a teller who provided 5 star service as well. There was also a gentleman going around the bank asking customers if they had been helped & answering people's questions. You do have to wait in line outside due to safety regulations but that's not there fault. Just be mindful that you do need to wait in line.

Don't go here.... very confused, incompetent employees here. Went for trust account closure here and even an employee with over 20 years under her belt had no idea when it came to filling out documents. Everything was done incorrectly, big mess, headache, back and forth on the phone with b of a and their stupid Estate office that holds money like they're working for some presidential official.. I'm curious as to why people would be ok allowing those that lack experience in the financial field to deal with their money??? Careful... choose a diff bank

The worst experience ever. I've just open 4 accounts this Friday June 24th . I was told that customer service was available 24 hrs, which is exactly what I wanted. Needless to say that it was the opposite. You only get an automatic system for customer service after 6pm...after that time you are on your own, no one to help you in person... for this type of bank that is global, you will think they can afford to have a full set up with live customer service to attend your needs, the way it should be, not thru an automatic system... but this is nothing compared to the rest of my experience. I opened 4 accounts and the deposit of one of them never got posted. I've tried to call for 4 days and couldn't get anyone to helped me. I wrote 4 checks for each account, and all of them cleared, but the money on one of them never got posted, got lost in the system. Teller or banker error, who knows. If they can loose your money like that there is no way I can trust them with the rest of my money. I had to close all 4 accounts within a week. I tried to give them a chance again because my last bad experience was with a HELOC application, but I guess all departments in this branch are the worst. They don't know what they are doing or not getting enough training. Still waiting for that to appeared so I can close my accounts. You call this branch and people hang up on you if they are busy, no customer service at all, I'm so disappointed!!!!
