I wish I could give 0 stars. Nothing but terrible experiences here. The branch manager, Paola Martinez, is a joke. Not accepting temporary driver licenses despite having the old driver license and it being issued by the dmv. I plan on transferring my banks ASAP after seeing who they trust in charge here. I have no faith in these people handling my money. I will be filing a complaint with corporate and hopefully they can find a better fit for a manager.

made a business account with my fiance and we deposited our first check to our business and in a week they closed the account. they didn’t call, email or make any type of contact saying they were going to close the account. they only called us 2 days before the money was supposed to be in the account closed saying that the money would be in the account by tuesday and i had to call them for them to tell me that the account was closed today. they even closed my personal account in which i was receiving money from there also for months so im not understanding why we weren’t able to make the deposit or be told beforehand that they were going to close the account.

UPDATE: 5 years later, switched to USAA, never looked back. No weird hidden fees and random charges, no more money missing from my account and random untrue balance amounts shown, no more bad tellers and customer service on the phone and in person. Finally Bank Worry F R E E.It’s like this every time I had to report them, you should do the same when your given a survey about this branch, Smh:Me and EIGHT other customers stood in line for at minimum an hour with only ONE teller working and at least two or three representatives walking around socialing and talking. There were customers waiting in the service section to be seen by a bank representative opposite of a teller! THERE WAS NO ONE TO GREET ME and offer assistance, when I said excuse me they acted like it was a task to interrupt their convo about nothing(I overheard, it was about nothing to do with banking!) and address me. no matter HOW MUCH WE ASKED FOR MORE TELLER HELP we were ignored as if our time, business and concerns did not matter and EVERYONE IN THE LINE agreed we’re canceling our BOA accts and switching to a credit union or USBank . I’ve been a faithful customer of BOA FOR OVER SIX YEARS disrespect and random fees and charges and lack of concern at this branch and my banking with BOA has left me feeling like I will switch banks as well. I’m disgusted with my treatment and the treatment of others at this branch EVERYTIME! they didn’t even apologize for making us wait. The teller with short blonde hair who took a 30 min break instead of 10min was the rudest and most sarcastic and disrespectful of them all. In total I was in the bank for two hours just to cash a $60 check that I end up not even being able to cash bc no one was there to greet me and ask what I needed which would have prevented two hours of my time being wasted! But they have attitude with a bunch of reps walking around not helping or caring! I’m done with Bank of America.

It's the worst bank. I deposited in the ATM $2,400 and it says it was an error and took the money I did a claim and they said in 48hrs I supposed to have my credit after the 48 hrs they said I can take up to 10 business days and I never received anything from them yet.

When choosing this bank, just know it takes a minimum of 45 min to do anything inside. There excuse is they are short staffed due to Covid.
