The service was great, was told to bring the car Wednesday, and would be done on Friday ( had got rear-ended had kids, and a job to get to and they were humble enough to understand my crisis) and that is exactly what happened. They answered questions and sent me detailed pictures of the work, was very nice and professional and the bumper looked like it was on the back of a showroom floor. “I was referred by a friend and this shop did not disappoint. The owner was prompt and professional, and extremely thorough with what was going on with my car. My car has a push to start button and it would not turn on. I called and the owner Javier, said he would come out to my house later that day to check it out. He was on time and the next morning had my car towed to his shop. Once it was at the shop, it was assessed and I was given a price. I do not know much about cars/repairs, so I did my research. The car would not recognize the key was in it, and after replacing the part and having it re programmed I have had no issues. The price work for the job done was fair. THANK YOU JC BODY & PAINT!”

We used another body shop to fix our vehicle but they didn’t do our repair correctly and so we brought it to this store. The store manager personally handled our situation, worked with our insurance, and got us back on the road in no time. I wouldn’t use another body shop for my repairs. I called this company panicking because another company was taking me through the ringer, when I made that phone call to ACG concerning my Tesla model Y Left rear rim was cracked and my tire was damaged, they sent a tow truck immediately to retrieve my car, once I arrived at ACG, Jose Ramos examined my vehicle which is a Tesla and yes they’re Tesla CERTIFIED!! “I was crying when someone hit my new jeep gladiator. I took it here and it was restored perfectly new again. I doubted that it could be done because I'm a perfectionist, but there wasn't one speck or evidence that it had been repaired. It took a few weeks because they had to work through insurance companies and order new parts, but it wasn't the shop's fault. They kept us informed during insurance communication and parts being received. The insurance company had tried to get us to go to one of their shops. I'm glad I insisted on High desert auto body. The insurance company must have been satisfied with the value for the negotiated price.”
