“First, we have been coming here for years and always appreciate the friendly customer service. They give you contact information for the coordinator, who provides the updates. They answer calls, it's nice. We used our Insurance company and it was seemless. We didn't have to do anything. Sometimes it takes a while for repairs, probably from ordering parts, but they are honest and do good work. This time we got our car ahead of time. My parents had to pick up our vehicle for us and they said Louis provided excellent customer service. He was kind to them and they were out in just a few minutes. “Swift Appearance is BY FAR the most PROFESSIONAL and EFFICIENT auto shop I have worked with, to date. I own several muscle cars and anyone who's a gearhead knows a great shop is like having a great doctor or a great attorney: they're hard to find and when you find 'em, you keep 'em. Jeff and Austin are very personable and professional. Their customer service is second-to-none. On three, emergency-to-me occasions, Austin repaired dents on my vehicles that were nearly impossible, or so I thought. His price for the work was so low, I felt like I owed him more money each time (but please don't raise your prices! lol). I've had tint-work performed there as well and after using a few others in the high desert, I can say their tint-work is above all others! I don't have any annoying dust bubbles or blemishes that other shops up here will swear are unavoidable. I have found Austin to be an honest, God-fearing man who lets his Faith shine through his work as he gives careful attention not only to the work he is performing but also to the entire vehicle. My cars are like babies and he understands and respects that. The level of care and completeness executed by Swift Appearance is virtually non-existent in our modern society. I hope the reader can appreciate how much I have written here, which should be a testament to how particular I am about my vehicles and the fact that I have finally found a shop that I can trust to be sensitive to the care I require.
