The manager Robert O. seemed very knowledgeable on cars and made sure i was paying only for what I needed & he explained everything in terms I understood. Also, I took the car in the morning, I had it back by the afternoon. Got car back and it is running like new. I was surprised as I had been to this shop like 7 years ago and it was a mess. Good job to whatever changes have been made. I highly recommend now.”

“Absolutely incredible service. Ethan was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He answered every question I had and was transparent every step of the way. The job ended up more extensive than at first look, and he changed more parts than what was expected, but he immediately called me to let me know and discounted prices for me in order to stay within the original quote. He stayed true to his word, which is a premium when dealing with car repairs. His father is also an expert and a rare breed in that he rebuilds transmissions in house and mine was rebuilt to the highest standards. His sister took care of all the admin, explaining everything in a straightforward way to make sure I knew exactly what I was looking at on the invoice, to include the free 2 week check up and the 1.5 year warranty. The whole family was very attentive and even made sure I got a ride to the rental place, which they called ahead for me to get me a discount on my temporary car. They were accommodating to my schedule as I had to leave town for the holidays, and waived the storage fee because they finished the job before I got back. I am more than satisfied with the work they did and the results of the repairs. I recommend with the utmost confidence HD Auto Transmissions to anyone that needs any kind of work done on their car, whether old or new.
