The staff was all very friendly and the cashier Isla was very nice and personable and had a great conversation. We got a V.I.P. wash and they did a great job. My car was very clean and so pretty. “what a convenient way to blast off the dust off my car coming back from the desert en route back to LA for just 2 bucks! water pressure was impressively high. no credit cards so be sure to bring quarters or small bills. wasn't clear to me how much more time you get when you add extra quarters before time is up though.”

“It was a hazy day, so I figured there shouldn't be too many cars getting washed. My gamble paid off. I was the 2nd customer there. The guys tag teamed my car and brought the dead back to life with an amazing wax job. I wish I had more time, they did an amazing job and even went above what I asked for. I'll see them in 6 months for another round.

“I like this chevron because it is HUGE. Good selection of drinks and snacks and is right by the job.The staff there is really polite and helpful. The staff has to wear masks and all registers have a covid sheild in front. The coffee is always hot and they have various creamers and sweetners.”

“This was the best self service car wash that I have used. It was a nice sized blower in each bay perfect for blowing out water from wheel lugs, mirrors and other car crevices. The bad part is I don’t live in Victorville! You guys are lucky but since my daughter lives there I will be back.”

“i come in here mostly becaise it is convienent. Yes it has a lot of nice things . A lot of variety . But as for customer service let's see I've been coming here for about a year now employee turnover rate is high but there are several faces that I recognize I've seen two people that actually work that are constantly doing something there's a really short girl she used to work daytime and then she was gone for a while I see her now only in mornings on the weekend but she is always doing something she's always Pleasant and always offering to help as is another female who has really short hair I see her constantly whether if the outside cleaning or inside putting things up I never see her stop she is also very pleasant helpful and doesn't mind stopping what she's doing to help people . Besides these two employees the other ones I have not seen them move from behind the counter and when they do it seems like they're wandering and as who I believe is the manager the many times I've come in there all I hear is gossiping behind the counter she is polite at the register but there's a lot of bad talk about other employees which is very unprofessional and I'm only giving you a four-star rating because of the two females other than that it would be a zero”
“Easy to come here to get the car washed. There's usually someone available to help you make your wash choices and make sure your purchase goes through ok. Then there is someone to help you get lined up with their machine just before you go into the wash tunnel. And then afterwards you get use of the free vacuums. There is a small coffee shop on the same property also.”

“Shop here several times a week. Was in the other day, and a line of about six had formed, and the manager on a laptop looked up and over me to help those behind me. I was a bit irritated and asked her why she skipped me, and she said she didn't see me. She clearly noticed me cause we caught eye contact just before because I was wondering when she was going to step in and help the line out.”
