“I had to go resolve a very long and confusing matter today at the child support office in Victorville. I was there maybe 10 minites and was immediately assisted by my case manager. I have to say this has been the best assistance I have received from this department in the past year. Ms. Erika Ramirez was very efficient and knowledgeable as a case manager. Not only was she professional and respectful, she educated me and explained thoroughly the situation with my case. After dealing with a past case manager that was condescending, I had my doubts about setting foot at that office today, but am glad I did. Not only was she familiar with MY case (1 of several hundred caseloads) but she was very well educated as to the laws regarding child support. What I loved was listening to how she did her own research to be correctly informed with the laws supporting these child support cases. I have left today feeling at ease with this office and specifically with my case manager. She was resourceful and extremely helpful!
