There is homeless people but that's in every store shopping centers CVS Stores and pharmacy and Walgreens All of the AMP gas stations Walmart Costco's everywhere . there all over But as far as their performance in output and helping customers they are excellent thank you CVS⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐??.

Rude ppl and shift lead acting as manager. Wearing no name tags and clothing all crushed up like she rolled out of bed and through it on. Jessica she said her name is but the other cashier was also Jessica. Avoid going there if you can.

Yesterday 4/23/24 was my first and my last time visiting this store. The store manager was Very Rude. She didn't have an intelligent answer 2 any of my questions. She was down right DUMB. ? Then she had the nerve 2 racially profile me. I guess CVS will hire anybody.....

The worst place ever!! I went in to get my son and my medication that was supposed to be ready a couple hours ago and then they told me it wasn't even ready and that they didn't have my son down for anything!! I even called the urgent care I went to and they said everything was sent over. Not to mention the customer service was horrible!! They were so rude and it took forever.

Pharmacy has the worst customer service ever. Lines reaching up to 10-12 people in line with one cashier and 6 people in back just BSing. Y'all need to fix this before you lose more customers.

Just had the worst experience because of a worker named Jessica. She didn't want to help me out and and said she was a manager which I can't believe because she's really rude and unprofessional. I asked to talk to another manager and then I was able to talk to Kristina: she went above and beyond to help me out, and I really appreciated it. Jessica got mad that Kristina was helping me out when she didn't want to so she was complaining to her the whole time she was helping me out saying reasons she shouldn't be which I find really rude and unprofessional. I left the store and came back 20 minutes later and she was still complaining to that worker trying to convince her to not help me out when she was just doing her job! Definitely will never come back to this store again to not have to deal with Jessica's rudeness!

The store manager has no customer service skills. I called the store before I drove down. I was given all kind of wrong information from the store clerk over the phone I was told that I could not return this faulty kit without the receipt unless I go to big Bear. The receipt went to an old email address that part I take responsibility for. Tried to access it but was taking to long. Any way contacted the pharmacy beautiful young lady great personality to me that is advised me to bring in the kit and talk to the pharmacist. The pharmacist is a awesome person really helped us out with the kit instructed us what to do and exchanged the non working kit. Mind u theses kits are in a locked cage. Asked the store manager to get the strips for us and she was just so nasty with us my husband told her just give it to the pharmacist and he knows what to do. Honestly I would give this store a negative 10 if I could but everyone in the pharmacy department turned a negative into Positive. Some people even if having. Bad day should take a deep breath and remember actions speak volumes. I have had to humble myself many of times dealing with big customers like canon and LG over the phone. And I M a manager. But these store managers need to take course in customer satisfaction.

Am new to Victor Victor and been coming to pick up medication since it close to my home for my mom and they have the worst service ever! On the phone and at the drive-through never came across a cvs where the staff is so unfriendly and unhelpful. I have called in and they hang up on my call, not to mention the switch with my mothers meds with the unwillingness to have her insurance charge her medication and in the drive-through they had me waiting there like I did not exists am so disappointed with this location. Looking for a new location with better customer service.

This is my favorite CVS, and I drive 30 minutes to get here. Staff is very friendly and professional. Especially, Michelle at the pharmacy goes above and beyond to find your prescription. She also helped me find the first aid kit I wanted. I highly recommend this CVS.
