Worst service ever, I got something to be delivered but unfortunately no one was home so my family and I called and even went in person to see if it was at the store. I was then told the delivery driver should circle back and deliver it again but nothing ever came. Then when I went before closing at 8, I went around 7 and 2 ladies were already leaving and said there was nothing I could do but wait.

If I can’t give zero stars, I definitely would. 8\24 is my birthday, my son decided to send me some flowers, chocolate covered strawberries, and cupcakes. The cupcakes were frozen., the chocolate covered strawberries were wilting, and the flowers were dead. I called twice that day and my son called once trying to contact the manager Kelly we got no reply the following day I went to their establishment, returned all the items Kelly did ask to replace all the items and apologize but since my birthday was over and disappointing I asked for a full refund and it was honored.

A same day birthday order was placed for an edible birthday arraignment and a small personal chocolate on chocolate cake. Delivery on time! The 30 year old birthday girl got a big smile out of the yummy treats! The cake is moist and fresh!!Thank you edible

Sadly, they have restricted delivery service. Some customers are willing to pay for delivery outside of your business's city limits. It was to a location on a paved road and in the high desert. Please consider changing your policy. You lost business on this. Bummer.

I went in for my birthday and asked about the birthday deal and i told the lady I didn’t get the coupon but she said it wouldn’t matter I could just order it over the phone the next day and when I called she told me I can’t get the free box because I wasn’t signed up long enough but we asked her on my birthday if it mattered but she told me it wouldn’t. Very poor costumer service (Mexican lady with hella makeup, never had a problem with anyone else)

My husband placed an order for my daughters birthday to deliver in Helendale on the website. Order was confirmed a few days before her birthday and a status was provided that order was being crafted the day off. That's a lie. It was never crafted or delivered. When I called today after Memorial Holiday on the phone, I was told that they don't deliver to Helendale. I asked for a refund and the lady stated we will get a refund my email. We tried calling so many times the day of and no answer. The day after left a voice mail. No one ever returned our call or email from the website. Order should have not been confirmed if there is no delivery to Helendale.

I ordered a strawberry platter with doves bundled with a flower bouquet to my dear aunt after the loss of her beloved husband. The Strawberry platter was delivered on time, but they failed to deliver the flowers that I paid $40 bucks extra for. I left 3 voice messages Trying to resolve the problem during the holiday weekend . I finally was able to speak to the manager Kelly and she did not resolve the situation to my satisfaction... They have lost my businesses after this bitter experience.

I wish I could give this store 0 stars. This was my first time ever ordering Edible Arrangements, and I will never place another order again. I placed an order a month in advance for almost $200 worth or treats. It was supposed to be delivered yesterday 5/14/23 AKA Mother’s Day. The company makes it very clear that someone needs to be home to accept the delivery so my mom sat there all day waiting for her “surprise”. All day my order status said they were making my arrangement and picking fresh fruit which is obviously a lie seeing all of the other reviews. The website also says orders may be delivered as late as 9:00pm on holidays which is fine, so again my mom waited all day. It gets about 9:30pm and there has been no delivery. Obviously at this point the store is closed so I contact their customer support and at 7:40am this morning I received an email saying my order was refunded to me. That is absolutely ridiculous, and ruined my mom’s day. I live 10 hours away from her, so this was supposed to be my gift to her. This is the closest location that will deliver to her. Such a disappointment.

I received edible arrangements for my birthday today from my mother and husband . First I want to say I received rotten fruit and a worm might be in the whole of the rotten strawberry. Second my flowers are completely dead and smashed this location has been my worst experience I will be following up with a manager on Monday this is unacceptable.

Hubby paid a lot to get some treats sent to me ...the delivery person was super friendly but the strawberries were sooooooo tiny!!! Lmao I was so upset to hear how much my husband paid for quarter size strawberries. To top it off some of the fruit was spoiled it smelled bad. Nothing like the picture of what I was supposed to receive. The cheesecake however very good small but good. All in all told hubby he's not allowed to order from here again as this is the 2nd time he orders and I receive spoiled fruit.

Terrible experience, I spent approximately $85 on a beautiful fruit basket, it was delivered to the wrong doctors office. And the manager didn’t even offer to resend to the correct office.

Disappointed! I ordered an arrangement for a birthday and it was not delivered. I received a text message at 11:30 am saying it was out for delivery. I called the store at about 2pm to check the status and the woman on the line said there were a couple deliveries before mine. She reassured me that the delivery driver was quick and that the delivery would arrive on time. I called the store again at 4:00 to check on the status and many more deliveries were in front of mine. Unfortunately, it was being delivered to a school so my friend did not receive it.
