I had a leaky kitchen sink and no plumbing experience. I was looking at $250 plumber cost. Jimmy showed me how to fix it. The best part is the hardware cost less than $2 !!!! You guys are amazing !!!

Our water heaters thermocouple went out. We spoke with Russell. Very knowledgeable. The store was closing, but he met us outside of the store 15 minutes after store was closed with a new kit. He honored the warranty . We now have hot water. Excellent customer service. We will be back.

I went in just now to get a union to fix a leaky water heater on a mobile home and I just needed a 3/4" to 1/2" union from galvanized line to the mobile home line and I've gotten stuff there before and was just told No. I hate that word. If you don't have it can we order it? Surely you could have had some sort of answer other then just NO

Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to help you with your needs. They are quick at their jobs and quick to respond in email, this is just my second experience. Not all places have a good staff, and you can usually tell right away. This place has a very good staff and I just had to point that out here.They have a decent amount of inventory for both HVAC supply and plumbing supply.App access/Online account is only for those with a contractor license etc.
