My girlfriend went to go buy me a Cologne and she doesn’t know anything about mens cologne, so she went there, and she told them she didn’t know anything about cologne, and the employee instantly raised the prices and she bought a $70 cologne for me and i was like, I’ve never heard of this cologne and they basically scammed her for her money, the cologne is $26.99 at Walmart. I hate that they did that to her, if you guys want real cologne or perfumes, go to Macy’s.

I asked for a certain perfume, was shown the correct one but didn't realize when I got home, I was given something different. I called the kiosk and employee was immediately rude. I went back to exchange the perfume and that same employee was cocky and treated me poorly and at times ignored me. I showed her a picture of what i was suppose to be given. She tried telling me they might not have It even though I was looking right at it. She just kept playing games and making me more upset. I found the owner and he mostly backed up his employee. I said if he is ok with an employee speaking to a customer in that manner then I don't need to shop there ever again. That employee and the owner showed no respect to me.I

Don't waste your time and money here. They mark up the price dramatically. I bought a 35 dollar-ish fragrance from them. I go on google later to find out that it would've costed me about 18-ish dollars. Once I found out, it was too late to return it as the person at the cash register said "Yeah, once you buy something, we can't refund you for it". Please don't waste your hard earned money on this scummy business. It's robbery!

Vanessa was so sweet and helped my mom and I out so much! She checked as many prices as we needed and helped us find the right perfume.

Absolutely horrible customer service, was told I could return an item if my mom didn't like it so I bought two different perfumes while being reassured by the employee they could be returned. When I went in to exchange it I was told I could not if the item was open. I asked how she was supposed to decide if she liked it without opening it and the manager said "by looking at it." How is someone supposed to know if they like a perfume by simply looking at it? Would absolutely never recommend someone shop here.

I purchased Beaute perfume and Blue touch cologne. I asked the sales woman if they sell these at department stores. She told me that they are very popular here and it came from Paris. I said I never heard of these brands. She told be buy one get one free or single purchase $45. I was buying a Xmas gift for my son. So I purchased 2nd fragrance for me. I ended paying $71.00. Receipt read woman's spray $99. I decided to look online. Men's fragrance sold at Walmart for $17. Same price for mine too. Ripped off by over $30. I called and spoke with someone there. I told her what I found out on line. She told me different places charge different prices and that this is a mall. If I wanted a cheapy fragrance I would have went to Walmart. She told me to bring one back and I could purchase David Beckham fragrance. Really? My advice is go straight to Walmart or online. I bought Eternity for men at Macy's for $25. That's why receipt says no refund. Don't shop there. There are no special sale or buy one get one free. They are there to rip you off. The lady probably gets commission.

Their fragrances are marked up way higher than department stores or other fragrance shops. Robbing people blind if they aren't paying attention. I'd give no stars if it were possible

Horrible. The girl working there was on her personal phone and didn't bother helping us when we were standing right in front of her. Very rude, poor customer service experienced with this girl! Sad. There's another kiosk on the other side of the mall where the employees were very nice and got me to spend about $150 on some perfume and cologne.

Check first prices from other stores before you buy at this store. Dont be swayed by sweet talks. They sell perfurmes at almost 3x higher than online.

All authentic fragrances. Amazing and unbeatable prices. I bought 2 Versace Eros(200 ml), Creed Aventus (125 ml), and a YSL Opium(90 ml) for my wife all came out to be $692.15. Same products at other retail stores came out to be around $900. The product lasts for a really long time and they can guarantee the authenticity of their products. Take it from me I buy all my colognes and perfumes from Fragrance Appeal!!!! Although they dont have some of the Chanels. One bad thing about them. But besides that great stuff. The workers over at Fragrance Appeal at the Glendale Galleria (George and Michael) helped out a ton

They obviously beat Macy's prices by a large margin. Will go buy again. No problems with the authenticity of the perfumes yet.
