Compared to all the other Game Stops, this one really lacks the customer service and professionalism that the other ones have. I called to verify selection for preowned copies of call of duty MW3 and the lady said there were multiple copies. Upon arrival inside the store, I was informed there were zero copies. Not only was the customer service lacking and poor, but also inconsiderate of others time and gas money. It didn't help that they were trying to get my information before they even help me, like, is it really necessary to know everything about me before you even check if you have a copy of a video game? Don't they usually ask that at the end when you're paying ? I never heard other GameStops doing that and I don't get treated like that at other GameStops either. I remember once, I tried selling an iPad that was new and immaculate at this location, and Stuart tried to lowball me the lower value tier to pay out or trading. Stuart also refused to help my family member with a return, thankfully Ana helped but both were inconsiderate and did not apologize for being wand disrespectful towards someone that was speaking Spanish. Compared to the other GameStops they seem to give you a lower value for your used items as well here. I took my business to the GameStop down the hill and get good customer service there every time. Good luck trying to reason with anyone at this location; they don't really seem to care that much, feels like they are doing it for the paycheck mostly. Thanks for the unforgettable experience I guess and for wasting my time and gas.

Not a fan, they aren't very customer service oriented. Seems like if the computer doesn't tell them to do something they don't know how to do it. I literally drove to the Glendora GameStop to get what I needed. Tried to return my purchase 16 days after I purchased it with receipt and they said I was 1 day over the return period. For real?! This was a Christmas gift and luckily my father in law told me ahead of time so I could get my daughter something else. I went to my car and luckily it let me return it online, she said I don't know why it let you do that. Sorry we still can't return it in store you'll have to mail it back. Well I mailed it back and sure enough still haven't received my refund. Not good.

Very friendly staff. They are very knowledgeable to answer all your question. This one is further drive but it is worth it, I don't really like the other one as much.

I have NO IDEA what the employees are doing at this location. I have been trying to contact the store for 3 hours. Not sure if the people working there are clapping cheeks in the back or getting their back broken in the breakroom but they DO NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONE. it was so bad I called other stores NEAR them and THEY DONT ANSWER either. this shopping plaza is completely ASSCHEEKS.
