After many failed attempts I'm convinced HD does not provide the necessary training for local employees to solve customer issues and.complaints. To date after repeated attempts still not able to get my military discount. Each time I try to access my account it won't let me. The customer service people try to solve the issue at local store without success. I do not blame the employees this is all due to some genius at a higher level changing the much easier physical card to the electronic bs that you have to access. Well each time with very large purchases and unable to access it the polite cashiers say I'm sorry it's nothing they can do. I smile back and say there's something I can do, and I walk out leaving behind all items. Yes I'm stubborn I know but my derive to this country should mean give me my discount please. One more try and off to Lowe's. Because Lowe's knows.

This is actually the nicest and cleanest one I've been to. Just relocated from Los Angeles and the one out there are dirty , disorganized and no one to help you. This one is totally the opposite.

I went to Home Depot to look for pavers, mulch, and rocks for my backyard. I found everything I was looking for. I was getting a lot of items and one of the Home Depot associates saw me struggling and offered to help. They not only helped me put the items on my cart, but they also helped me put them in my car. I was very grateful for the help and their kindness.

Purchased a brand new whirlpool washer at the Roy Rogers Dr., Home Depot and took delivery. First wash came out dirty. Contacted the store to see about returning the machine and upgrading to a more expensive model. The store said no. Had to speak to the manager who said call whirlpool. I called whirlpool waited for days to get a callback. Whirlpool said they don't take returns that I have to return it to Home Depot. Of course it was dependent on Home Depot's return policy. I will never buy another appliance at Home Depot. Buying a brand new washing machine it turns out to be substandard and not being able to immediately return it is ridiculous. Especially since I was planning to upgrade and spend more money. They need to have some type of policy in place to cover Customer satisfaction on a new purchase. I could only return the washer if it was not working. My question is define working! Shouldn't a brand new washing machine actually clean your clothing? Not to mention I will never buy another whirlpool appliance because of whirlpools flippant attitude about their product! In the past couple of years I've probably spent $12,000 on whirlpool appliances. No more!

There's a few good employees there, god bless them, but definitely the worst Home Depot in regards to being treated like you're there to steal stuff. The most recent incident (happened today) was an item exchange. I bought the wrong color edge trim for some landscaping. I drove back to exchange it, but she had to do a return, then she had to ring up the one I needed. Somehow it was 2 cents more for the item. And she wouldn't budge on the 2 cents. She even asked if I had a dollar. Luckily I had change in my pocket, but her attitude toward that exchange was awful.

We called first thing in the morning to ask about shiplap. We needed to know if they had a specific size, so we knew to bring our truck alone or with the trailer attached. Harrison answered the phone for the lumber department and was extremely thorough in helping us. Once we arrived at the store, he found us in the aisle and helped us load a large amount onto our cart. Most of our experiences here have been subpar but professional. But today, Harrison really made our visit helpful and great!

I was at this Home Depot (HD) in Victorville to pick up a couple jugs of Green Gobbler Ultimate Main Drain Opener. This stuff really works for a clogged toilet. It's about $20+ each but it is still worth it. However, most recently I've found a way to unclog the toilet with hot water + liquid detergent, but it takes longer time so you have to be patient... it is a lot cheaper though than forking out $20+ x 2 LOL. Staff is usually helpful. Aisles are clean and organized. Self-checkout is easy peezy. This is my go-to HD whenever I'm up the hill. HD is the place to go for your household needs. I have to say HD is better than Lowes... they have more of a selection of items.

I went in the other day to pick up some items, The Manager is surprisingly unprofessional. He is either blatantly neglectful and rude, or is just missing attributes of what a respectable, intelligent, caring leader should be, surely not fit for such a position. When I called corporate, the nice man from a far away call center re-routed my call right back to the same Home Depot to complain to the same Manager that I was complaining about. Continued regardless, but the Manager denied every thing , said he did NOT know who I was, and did NOT remember our encounter regardless of my receipt number provided.....I will NOT be going back.....

Horrible customer service. Trying to get someone on the phone in the flooring department. I've called 4 times because they either hang up or keep transferring me to a different department.

If you are looking for a refrigerator and overwhelmed by the choices that won't break down, speak to Mike V. He has a ton of knowledge and is tremendously useful.

On July 2, 2021, I ordered an LG range microwave online and it was damaged badly during delivery. When it was delivered into my home on July 12, and I was in the process of painting my kitchen and therefore did not open the box right away. The delivery guy said "No worries, if you have any problems whenever you do open it, just go ahead and call the online customer service number from the website and they will help you and take care of any problem." He never told me I had a 48 hour deadline to check for damage. He never offered to inspect the item prior to leaving. I had absolutely no idea I had only 48 hours to inspect the item. I finally opened up the packaged microwave on the third day after it was delivered and noticed the microwave was damaged (see photos). I called the Home Depot online customer service number right away, and they said that since it was now past 48 hours after delivery, it would have to be replaced under warranty with LG. So I called LG, and the representative said it was clearly damaged during shipping, so it's Home Depot's responsibility to replace it. I physically went into my local Home Depot and was told there was no way they could accept a return or placement for an online appliance order and that I'd have to contact LG. So I once again contacted LG. An LG representative was assigned to me and inspected my microwave and saw the damage, and determined it was damaged beyond repair, not repairable due to the shipping damage. They referred me BACK to Home Depot customer service for replacement. So I called Home Depot back again as instructed, and made them aware that the LG representative refused to replace the microwave. They told me they would not replace it because it had already been 48 hours past delivery. So now I'm stuck in an endless loop of Home Depot not taking responsibility for sending me a damaged item. LG told me they would cover a defective item not a damaged item. Here is my experience over the past few days. I can't believe they are willing to burn me on a $350 microwave after spending over $5000 on four appliances in that order. Unbelievable. This has been such a huge burden on me and my family. I have wasted many hours for my time on the phone being on put on hold, being transferred to different departments and different people, and having to re-explain the situation multiple times to multiple people. All I want is my microwave replaced due to damage that was done during shipping. Home Depot, you need to take responsibility. The return policy states no return after 48 hours on "some microwaves". It doesn't specify which microwaves. It certainly did not specify during my online check out of this item. And your delivery staff did not relay the message either. What absolutely horrible customer service. I hope nobody ever has to deal with the lack of empathy your employees have shown me. I am beyond frustrated and will be until this matter is resolved.

Went to home Depot in Victorville today I was on the phone waiting for the garden department to answer for like 13 minutes after talking to somebody at the front desk the person in the garden department was so busy so she claims that she did not have time to answer the phone funny thing was when we hung up the phone we were just pulling into the parking lot so what a couple of minutes to get inside the front door way of the garden apartment and there she is messing with her cell phone and nobody around customer wise in any capacity I explained to her that we had sat on hold waiting for her to answer or anybody in that department and nobody answered. And after grabbing a few plants we got in line just so that when we got up there she refused US service claiming that she was closing her register I talked to a manager Priscilla on the phone as we were pulling into the parking lot who was friendly however the person in the garden seems to think that customers are an interruption of her job. They have a lot of lessons to learn from the Apple valley store about customer service. If I could give that store a zero as far as I would. Funny thing there was a home Depot employee standing next to me when she told me her register was closed after we stood in line for 5 minutes and there was only one person in front of us and that employee did not say anything to her knowing that we had waited on the phone and in line all for no reason employees like that need to be fired.

This Home Depot is a major disappointment... Every time, and I do mean every time I come here, they are out of what I came for. I even check stock online vis the app before driving the 20 minutes for nothing. I get the "they must have been stolen" or "this isn't my department" excuse instead of the "we suck at our jobs and apologize for wasting your time over and over again." I'd accept that. There is never anybody working in the department and I always have to track someone down to yet again be disappointed. In my younger days I worked for the orange people and Bernie and Arthur would be very disappointed and embarrassed. The only reason why I continue to shop here is for I have a company account. I'm going to push to have that changed to the blue guys. Home Depot, you should be ashamed of how bad you've fallen from grace. Zero stars is most appropriate.
