Called the Victorville Home Depot store after waiting beyond the date promised for an order. I don't know what associate answers a phone that is ringing, push the buttons, and then hangs up.. it's not the first time I gather they just don't wanna deal with customers. So we drove to the store to find out what was going on. Susana the associate at the return desk/ help desk didn't wanna deal with us either, so she gave me the number to a distribution center and told me to find out the information myself because they probably wouldn't answer the phone call from her either. I called that number, a woman answered the phone right away, and it turned out to be a personal phone number to an associate at the distribution center, who was off work, but answering her calls. She let me know that this was inappropriate for me to be calling and searching the product that we purchased online.. she said the associate should have never given us her personal number and I should contact the manager. So we went back to the store and contacted the assistant manager on duty: Priscilla. She got us our product and handled the situation and under 15 minutes. In one respect you have associates that work incredibly hard and seamlessly to serve the customer that at the end of the day is the reason they have a job. On the other hand, you have to deal with an occasional associate just like Susana who makes you feel like you are interrupting them. In any case we're grateful for Priscilla the assistant manager for helping us; not because it was just her job, but because she took her job seriously and gave value to the customer.

So far I'm having a great experience at this Home Depot. Yes they are busy, yes they run out of supplies because this is the one where most construction workers buy their supplies. They try their best to fix the issues. Their online and delivery service is good, with good communication to the customer.

They do not answer their phone calls. I tried calling three times and three times I got disconnected. Poor customer service.

This Home Depot hardly ever stocks anything I need, even when the website shows that they have stock. Most of the time of the time when I place an in-store or curbside order for an in-stock item, the order gets cancelled and refunded to me. Even when the website shows they have heavy stock of a particular item. Inventory does NOT get successfully tracked and is extremely inaccurate. Possibly due to lazy workers? Poor leadership? Or maybe all of the above. None of the other Home Depot's up here in the High Desert are any better. I'll continue to give Lowes my business. Never have any issues with Lowes.

They have homeless people smoking meth in the parking lot and don't tell them anything smh ..very unprofessional they have a dirty parking lot and the workers don't clean up the work place

It's always capable of meeting Your Home And/or Apartment Demands given the constraints many constraints it's personal Face., More between the islesPpl for advise Etc could be helpful, Aside from this the convenience of Food or Area/sCould Invite more ppl to its location., Given the PopulationThat visits outside of the landscaping crews that frequently use up parking lot space.. Consider using them areas for Expansion.

Tried to visit the garden dept but there is no place to park near the garden dept, because the parking lot is blocked off with tool rentals. So, I went to Lowes garden dept which is much easier to get in and out of.Previous update: There is a cashier in the lumber department who really does not care about spreading the corona virus to her customers. She comes into contact with hundreds, if not thousands of people, and still always makes a point of grabbing my credit card either out of my hand, or out of the machine I insert it into. This is so unnecessary for her to touch any of my stuff and it really worries me that she is so touchy. Wishing that she would stop doing this has not helped, so I'm going to stop getting lumber here. That should take care of that problem. Anyone who is concerned about this should let Home Depot know and they should provide disinfectant wipes at her register so people can quickly clean their credit cards, id, and cell phones after she touches them.Do your job, touch what you need to, but stop going out of your way to put your germs on our personal property.

Its Home Depot. You want it, they usually have it. I enjoy using the app to find what I need. Service is pretty good. Offer military discount if you sign up with the app.

5Customer service at this Home Depot is the rudest rep( Leslie the mask wearer) I ever had to deal with... I wasn't like I was trying to get money back just exchange because they had my tree mixed in with the wrong one and I couldn't find my receipt someone was kind enough to put in my car and apparently my receipt feel out. I will go to Lowes next time as they are cheaper as well as courtesy. The manager wasn't much nicer either as she had me to jump through hoops and summer salt backwards just to make my exchange. Victor a Supervisor was very nice helpful and understanding. Off to Lowes for the rest of my items.

It would be nice if they could just eliminate the paper receipt for online orders. It's all emailed anyway. You could just save your paper and ink, and it would save me time. Sometimes there are really helpful guys available, sometimes not. I've had bad experiences and good ones.

Stopped in a few weeks ago to pick up some paint for a bedroom project. I was really pleased with the customer service I received at the paint counter. A young lady by the name of Talayni walked me through all of the different brands and types of paint. She took her time to make sure that the color I was to choose would be the perfect option for the job. She noted that a certain color I had chosen would probably dry too light, and have a bit of a pinkish hue, so I went with a darker option which turned out to be exactly what I wanted! Thanks Talayni, you went above and beyond to help me choose the perfect option!

I went to Home Depot today around 5 to get lights for my house. I asked multiple times at the desk for help and waited patiently for someone to help me, I waited and waited for about 20 minutes and no one came. After, A worker passed directly by us and I attempted to ask him for help, but he just gave me and my sister a look and didn't even bother stopping or replying to our kindly asked question. After that we went to find a manager so hopefully he can help and rectify this situation, but when we explained everything he didn't even seem to care. They definitely have a thing or two to learn from Lowe's about customer service, and we won't make the mistake to try to buy from Home Depot again.
