Love the professionalism from the sales rep to the delivery men. They were all very polite and answered any questions me and my husband had regarding the living room set we purchased. Theresa a slight mishap on one of my couches and the fixed it immediately!

InHome Furniture Gallery has an asset with Drew being completely professional and hospitable. The store is a testament to its longevity and customer service in the high desert. Many don’t last up here because the customer service is nonexistent. Because there are so many sofa choices, Drew made me feel as if I was a friend in her own home and she helped me make a decision I’ve been unable to make for a long time. Awesome to see the customer service still exists since I bought my first sofa in the early 2000’s from InHome Furniture Gallery.

Had a great experience buying a couch! Jerry was super helpful and provided excellent customer service. The guys who delivered and brought the couch into our apartment were amazing too! Jerry and the delivery guys definitely deserve a raise!!

I went into income furniture gallery to purchase furniture and was greeted by Jerry, he was very curtious and very informational and let me be until I had questions and was ready to purchase. He did his job as far as finding out if in stock, current pricing. It was a good experience I would refer Jerry and income furniture to friends and family. I will definitely be there for more furniture needs

Just recently purchased a mattress & dresser from Inhome Furniture. My saleswoman Drew was very helpful and super patient as I decided want I wanted. I usually don't enjoy Furniture shopping because the sales people are pushy and make me feel uncomfortable. Drew made me feel comfortable and gave me the space I needed to figure out my needs! Thank you! We will be back for future purchases!

Liz was so helpful! I met her a couple months ago when I was looking for a couch set. I went in today and asked for her because I just really liked how she made me feel so comfortable and was willing to work out different numbers for me several times! No pressure! What was amazing having met her only once before, she remember what I was looking at last time and what colors I was looking for. She even remember I had been looking for nightstands! Well I bought the living room set and the bedroom set! I’ve been in sales 22 years! I realize how important sells associate can be to a business. Keep up good work Liz and Thank you!
