It was sheer-luck choosing Jen Biberston as our listing/sales agent to handle the sale of our commercial/industrial property !
Jen immediately jumped-in , took many pictures , provided an excellent write-up describing our property and began showing it to prospective buyers . During the next few months she scheduled many 'showings' of the property as well as addressing any questions or issues 'prospective buyers' may have had .
Surprisingly , even during our escrow period , Jen was always available to answer any and all questions we may have had .

Jen is incredible! In August 2022 we thought we were ready to buy a home so we asked Jen to come with us to a few viewings and she offered her support and expertise; as we were getting ready to make an offer on a home, we withdrew and changed our mind. A couple months later in November 2022 we went to Jen again for some support looking at a home and she didn’t even flinch at the fact that we got cold feet a couple months prior; she was just as willing to help us. ~30 days from offer to closing escrow! She’s excellent, empathetic, and facilitated such a great experience.
