I asked for a trim while growing my hair out, stating that I just wanted the ends trimmed on the top and a little off of the sides and back. My hair was medium-length, basically a grown-out curtains hairstyle. I got nothing that I asked for. The sides and back were cut WAY too short, and before I knew it I lost all the length I had spent the entire year achieving. Not only that, but the top wasn't even connected into the sides and back properly, so I had to fix that when I got home. I asked for the stylist to style my hair with the blow-dryer as well, which she never did. Even the conversation was concerning, as I had to repeat myself multiple times and the stylist did not remember what I had just said. (That's probably a big reason why I didn't get to haircut I requested either.) The stylist acted as if I had not been clear enough on what I was asking for, even though I explained everything very carefully and she didn't ask me a single clarifying question. I lost almost all the growth I had spent the last 9 months achieving in one sitting. Sorry, but this was not a good experience.

I went to this salon based off reviews on Yelp, and I'm so happy I went! Melanie did amazing job on my hair! I don't say this lightly. First of all, I'm an extremely picky woman when it comes to my hair, and What I liked about Melanie, was that she listened, and was extremely focused on giving me what I wanted. She is attentive to your needs! I don't hesitate in the least in recommending her to anyone. You will be happy with her, I assure you! Thank you Melanie!!

I called this afternoon and got an appointment for an hour later. I was scheduled with Julia and Asked for a root touch up and a good trim, she nailed it. I've got long hair and am always nervous when I have to see someone new. I'm glad I called my hair looks fabulous.

JERMEY WRECKED MY HAIR I CALLED THAT SAME DAY, When I saw it at home was COVID NO MASKS NERVE WRACKING IN THERE !! Didn’t use the same highlighter as before ….receptionists said Jeremy had been gone,had my number would call??? NEVER CALLED! Rude !!! REFUND ME THEN!!! NEVER FIXED IT! 135.00 for nothing ? Wow! Rude ! Why lie do all that then bail? just refund me already ! No I’m not letting it go that was/is disrespectful DONT say you’ll fix it then “HIDE” how childish!

The lady Rue cut my hair last week and she is really sweet. Her hairstylist friend was with her too and were both really out going so I had a good laugh while getting my haircut.

Jeremy is the BEST! Knows what he is doing and super friendly. All of the stylists are welcoming and seem to enjoy their professions. Definitely the best salon in the HD. A hidden gem worth coming through the desert for!
