“I had such a great experience at the Banter kiosk in the Victorville Mall with Kailene! She did my double cartilage piercing and was absolutely amazing from start to finish. I told her I get anxious with needles/piercings, and she was so sweet, patient, and reassuring the whole time.
She made sure to keep adjusting the placement markers until I was completely happy with them, which I really appreciated. The piercing itself was painless, and she made the whole experience feel easy and comfortable.
I’m also obsessed with the earrings. They look so cute, and honestly they barely hurt unless I accidentally bump them. I can even lay on that side without them bothering me.
She was also a great salesperson without being pushy at all. I even ended up buying extra earrings, which I normally don’t do, but she was so helpful and made everything feel worth it.
