Today I had the most racist moment encounter at Las Vegas Jewelry & Loan by a person name John. John was speaking very loud about my information while people were standing five feet away from me and I ask him to be discreet with my information. I was for the second time pawning my HP Dragonfly Elite laptop. While doing this John asked me if my password were the same, I said yes and I can write it down but, John said out loud my password. I reply to my man I ask you to be discreet about putting my information out there, please. He said the other gentleman can help you. While the gentleman was assisting me, John came back and said by you being upset with me we can't help you. I said I'm not upset I just ask you to not put my information out in public. He again you can go somewhere else. His energy screams racist. What else can it be? When a customer asks for his/her information to be made private and you follow it go somewhere else. I'm sixty years old and this is a first for me to endure a racist white man. This does not reflex on Las Vegas Jewelry & Loan just "John" My first time coming to Las Vegas Jewelry & Loan was fantastic with the other gentleman that assist me and I give him five stars. But John should be in school on treating customers with respect of fire. We don't need racism in Victorville.

Took an item in to pawn mind you my item has paperwork and has been tested. The guy that is armed said my item was not real and said the diamonds were moissanite. I went to another pawn shop just next door and I was offered the amount I needed. Either he doesn't know how to check or they didn't have the money to loan. I paid the pawn shop to re- test my items and them came back as diamonds. Horrible. Wil not go back!!

I’ve really like this place. I think I had 2 loans so far from here and every time it was like borrowing from a friend. They don’t make you feel bad. And so far everything has been fair. I’m very pleased with this place. And they have really good prices if you want to buy things. Definitely glad to know if I need cash fast I can go here ?? -N.Thompson jr

Best shop in the desert. All these bad reviews are all because these people think they should get what they paid for items they bought years ago. If this pawn shop was so bad how could it be the only shop on 7th st open on sundays and open till 10pm everynite.They must be doing something right to open everday and practically all nite.

Employees are extremely disrespectful. The owner strong arms people. I don't really recommend using this place. They give extremely low value for items.

WORST PAWN SHOP !!!! DO NOT GO TO !! THEY WILL TAKE AND SELL YOUR JEWLERY IMMEDIATELY very rude no professionalism doesn’t work with the people and gives pennies for jewelry. Save your time and energy and go to any other pawn shop except this one . Just giving you a heads up they took and stole my jewlery wasn’t willing to let me pay in full to get my belongings . I wouldn’t want this to happen to anyone . DO NOT GO HERE this is a slum hustler pawn shop not worth it . WORST PAWN SHOP I HAVE EVER BEEN TOO !
