What a mess!!! I've been to thrift stores to that are more organized than it was at Macy's. First time I've been to Macy's and what a shock it was. I thought they were a high end department store. Even Walmart is more organized than they were.
Sad...very sad!!!
I called to talk to the head store manager but she is gone until Friday. It's obvious management doesn't care, possibly corporate too...what a disappointment.

My experience at Macy’s in victor valley mall was fantastic thanks to Ingrid at Estée Lauder department. Ingrid was very pleasant, polite and very professional. She explained every product I bought due to I’m new to Estée Lauder. She was very friendly and respectful young lady. Ingrid went above and beyond any expectations .
Thank you Macy for hiring dedicated people like Ingrid.

PGA tour brand merchandise available. Great customer service! Update: Staff are stationed at every entrance. Thank you Macy's for offering a nice, cute, fashionable selection of garments for every style and size up to 4x. In particular the brand JM fits curvy women perfectly because when you try on this pant there isn't a "GAP IN THE BACK" of material in the waist so you don't have to go to a seamstress to pinch-in the waist. The way these slacks hug your curves makes you feel cute, stylish, and beautiful. It's Father's Day weekend & this store is fully stocked with seasonal attire. Good job, Macy's. To top it off, I got approved for AMEX at the checkout counter. When I finally left the store, I was a completely satisfied customer.
