“The workers are so nice inside. I cannot complain a single bit about them and I don’t understand some people saying they’re rude. The guy knows me by my name just from seeing me a few times and I think he might even have my box number down. Both employees are very kind, they don’t rush you when you need help. They’re awesome. Now the United States postal service is a whole different beast. So often my packages get lost or can’t be delivered. Always something it seems. Even when I put my address exactly as I’m supposed to, (usually that’s when it is definitely getting marked undeliverable), it will get sent back. It’s not this locations fault. It’s the distribution center in SB I'm assuming, but no complaints about the people at this location.”
“The employees are professional, attentive to a person's needs, efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. The only issue that I see is they charge double what the Post Office charges. An example would be Priority Mail is around $20 vs Post Office around $10. But the place is kept clean and organized.”
“Very professional and fast service. I came here for live scan fingerprinting and I was a walk in and they helped me immediately. Extremely friendly and patient and eager to help!!! Camryn did my love scanning. Courtney and Hanna were very helpful at checking me in and directing me on where to go!! Definitely recommend”

It saves a lot of money in shipping prices sending my stuff here and then picking it up from here because it's always a pleasant experience going in that shop in talking with the owners.”
