today is April 17th still no reimbursement from Howard's for our dryer that didn't work and also the installation kit that we purchased its amazing to me that people still shop at Howard's people need to look at their reviews not good my wife and I are not the only ones that have had bad luck with Howard's appliances if you need appliances go to Lowe's or Home Depot great sales people and great deliveries

It started out fine when I purchased my leather sectional from Howard's. When an issue came up with the sectional they came and fixed it in a reasonable time, but there were three. Now that the store has closed and I have to deal with another store I was kicked to the curb. Before the Victorville store closed I was informed that my other issues with my sectional was going to be taken care of from the Riverside store and they brushed my off to the La Habra store and now the La Habra store is telling me that my issue is with the manufacture. I call the manufacture and they tell mevthat they don't deal with the public, and that I should go thru the store where I made the purchase. Now Howard's is telling me that since I didn't purchase an extended warranty they can't do anything eventhough I was told that the sectional has a three year warranty when I purchased it (and I also wasn't informed that the store was closing at the time of purchase). The last representative that I was working with (in the parts department) informed me that the other stores was going to take care of my issues because she ordered the parts and they were going to be sent to the repair techs house so that when he gets them he can just come and do his repairs. Unfortunately that didn't happed because I have been waiting since January of 2024 to have my issues fixed on my sectional. I guess my next resort is to go to small claims court to have my issues fixed.

Well!! My husband and I purchased a tragger bbq pit from Brandon the manger smooth service. Great with sales had all my kiddos too . Went back on this Sunday to purchase another one for our aunts birthday today. Walked in no one bothered to ask if we needed anything no welcome nothing. Waited for help 15 minutes!! Asking for help ( they called someone)no one comes. 10 minutes walk back to front 3 people standing talking to each other . I yell anyone working in bbq area lady says bbq ? ( me) tragger !! O here a man comes with attitude!! We don't have that pit in stock. Didn't try to help us at all. So sad. I will be calling corporate. Sunday sales people suck !!!!!!!!! I will let the manager know. They didn't like our color It shows!!

We were looking for a new mattress and stopped into check it out we worked with Tanner and we were able to get what we wanted at the price we wanted. Tanner was very knowledgeable and helpful in the process and in less than a half hour we were finished and set up for haul away and delivery. Would recommend to anyone in the HD , we will purchasing from here again!

Was in the market for a new washer and dryer and stopped at Howards and the sales rep Tanner that had helped me find a new and affordable set for my house. answered all my questions and ones he didn't know he was quick into finding out. 5 out of 5 will be returning in the future.

Bill Mckown was very friendly and knowledgeable and in just a few minutes we were able to find and decide on a replacement Refrigerator, ours died on a Sunday afternoon. The delivery was free and the removal price of $40.00 for the old refrigerator was very reasonable. The delivery and installation was great. The guys were friendly and efficient in removing the old refrigerator and the installation and setup of the new Whirlpool Refrigerator was great. The installers also made sure to tell us specific details we needed to know and do in the first couple of days before using the refrigerators water and ice features. Thanks Howard's fora great experience!

Please do your self and your family a huge favor and don't purchase a thing from this store. Its costing me so much time to try to get my money back that I will spare you the details. Just know, if there is a problem and your brand new appliance doesnt work, you will be out 1,000 and still out an appliance. Thank God I still have a fence to dry my clothes on. I did my good deed and warned my fellow yelpers, so please dont gamble here. We have casinos for that. In case you forgot, making a thousand dollars is hard. Now my only hope is a kind judge. 1,000 may not be a lot to some but to my family it was hard work.

Chris Medina is a wonderful sales associate! I wasn't able to come into the store and he emailed me refrigerator options in my price range and helped me set up delivery as well. His lovely accent was a southing plus. We will definitely use this Howard's location again.

We came in looking for a couple chairs not knowing what exactly we wanted, after we started talking to Jill who helped us she spent time and really got down to the bottom of what we were looking for.
